Sadly today the food was a massive disappointment. Usually the food is great! What I ordered and what I got was very different. When they offered to fix the mistake, instead of making a fresh pizza they took the nasty stuff off [but not properly] then send it back out with still some of the nasty stuff on my pizza. Very disappointed!!The server was great and very apologetic but being someone who love fresh stuff, I just couldn’t eat it.
Michelle/bartender/every worker there is amazing and people oriented. Even thought they may be short staffed, she always makes it a great experience with a smile and excellent customer service. I hope the company knows what a valuable asset they have and reward her and all the others who work hard to keep that place running with such excellence!
I usually love this place but on my last visit ALL of the waitresses were standing around doing absolutely nothing while we waited 15 minutes just for water. We finally figured out they waited to come to our table after 4 p.m. which means the lunch prices were over. We insisted we got the lunch prices because of how long we were waiting, only to be told they were out of everything we wanted. I had to rush because our waitress insisted we hurry up (again, lunch peices) and I got food I didn't even eat. It was horrible.
I wanted to like this place. The drinks were good. Service was super slow, waitress was having a rough day, I totally get it. Not sure if they were understaffed or not.We had to wait over 20 minutes to be acknowledged at our table.The pizza was overdone, super dry. They were out of multiple items on the menu as well.With bad service and bad food, I’d definitely stay away.
A few years ago we had a great experience here. But, last month my family went herefor lunch and had the worst waitress ever.UPDATE 3.27.22: Just want to thank the General Manager for his quick response and his kind, caring phone call. This place is in good hands, and we plan to return again soon. They really do care about their customers.
It was a nice place . I enjoyed the food and overall ambience. I didn’t like the service because we never received bread and everybody around us had bread except our table . Our waiter wasn’t paying attention to our table . The drinks were amazing though and salad was excellent .
Went with people with dietary restrictions. They really liked the pizza they could order. I'm more of a NY or Chicago style pizza person but it was good. We had a party of 8 and they let us move tables together.
This place is one of my go-to restaurants for lunch with somebody or just myself. Also a good place for a quick bite or a drink. There's a wide selection of appetizers (go for the avocado eggrolls!) and entrees from pizzas to salads. The servings are huge! They also have a large selection of drinks and alcoholic beverages. Visit around 1-4 pm if you want a quiet meal.
Food was overall good. The service was delightful, especially in the late evening, but prices are astronomical!! We ordered 1 spirit drink, 1 glass of wine, 1 appetizer and 2 pizzas.. came out to $90, including tip. Tip was worth it, however, the pizza's weren't. You're better off going to a regular mom and pop pizza joint than to deal with these prices!
Did take out for my mobile order. Food tasted great, it was warm & fresh. The food was brought to my car promptly upon my arrival. Saw that restt was nearly packed inside. Will visit again. Kudos to the team at this location.
