Burger and fries were so delicious for it to be made in an airport. I was happy with the fresh buns and crunchy lettuce. Better than your average burger place and the staff were very nice & professional. No pictures because I devoured my food.
im allergic to dairy and i don’t eat meat. i was about to board a flight for three hours from about 6-9 and wouldn’t be getting home until 10. i was starving and needed dinner. i ordered the veggie burger without cheese and in a rush to get to my flight i didn’t have time to eat it until i boarded. when i opened it to eat, it was a meat burger with cheese. i cried cause i was so upset and hungry, mind you i was the only customer there and they somehow managed to mess it up. i also noticed while they were making it, the cook didn’t have a mask on and she kept coughing on everything. im usually really nice and understanding for employees but that just ruined my day and i didn’t get to eat any dinner.
Usually burgerfi is good so walked all the way to the end of the terminal. They don't do the "ceo" burger with wagyu. So had to take double bacon cheeseburger and it came dry and without sauce. It was hard to swallow, to taste at all massive disappointment. Only BurgerKing is worse.
DO NOT eat at BurgerFi located at Fort Lauderdale International Airport near gate A4.It is a franchise operated by HMS Host. The franchisee is not offering hand cut French fries or using fresh angus beef in its hamburgers - as advertised on the website.If you are a BurgerFi fan like me and choose to buy a meal there, you will walk away disappointed.
I am a flight attendant and frequently eat at restaurants in the airports. I stopped in the Ft Lauderdale airport in between flights. And had the WORSE experience. First off; the breakfast sandwich that I purchased was pretty good. However the customer service was HORRIBLE! Hence the 1 star. The cashier and the guy in the kitchen had major attitudes and a smart mouth. Unfortunately this was my first time there; and so I didn't know it was customary to pick up my own food from behind the counter once it was placed there. And it will be my last visit there if there attitude is how I'm greeted...and if they treat other airport employees this way I can only imagine the experience a regular passenger/customer receives. Not good business at all!!
Tried to order the veg burger, they were out of veg, ordered the burgerfi burger with cheese, asked for green style. No staff mentioned that they don’t do green style, nor that they were out of tomatoes. I got the smallest pattie, a slice of cheese and 3 pieces of lettuce for $8. Disgraceful. The woman infront of me returned her meal because someone had taken a bite out of it. The entire staff was complaining about it being their break time while the line for returned meals kept getting longer. Burgerfi in Fort Lauderdale international airport, near gates A is the absolute bottom of the barrel. None of the staff were being reprimanded or corrected by the manager, a circus really. As a franchise, this branch is nothing like others I’ve eaten at and there is clearly a management/staff issue. I hope action gets taken to either rectify or shut this tip down. HMS check this place out.
I got the Quinoa Burger and it was the best veggie Burger that I have ever had! It is for that reason only that I did not deduct stars! The young lady at the register was very nice but the man in the back that prepared the orders was very rude. When I told him that my sandwich wasn't supposed to have sauce on it but to the side. He just blamed it on her not putting that in, threw the box on the counter, no bag and I never received the receipt to prove him wrong. Also if you want a hot Burger you don't want cold buns, please warm the buns or at least have them room temperature! For the pattie alone I give this place 5 stars for this visit. If nothing changes next visit I will change it!
They had their ticketing system all messed up and accused the customers of picking up wrong orders. It continued as long as we sat there. Bland burgers with an attitude is not a tasty combo. Better get some help and customer service skills fast.
HORRIBLE. My name was called, I go get my food, checked my receipt and sat down. I hear my name called again so I returned to the counter to find they have my order again. I showed them the receipt I received with the first order that showed my name and let them know the food did not match the receipt . The girl behind the counter admonished me for picking up the wrong order and let me know she “ ain’t making all that food over again”. I again showed her the receipt bearing my name and the food I was handed did not match. I finally just gave the first order back and took the second order that was also not what was on my receipt. The next several guests had the same problemThe employees were impressively rude and condescending. I am not one to complain but the food wasn’t very good but the employees were horrible.
Decent vegetarian/vegan options.The service was complete trash. If you don't like your job don't work there. Everyone was Soo rude so early in the day. I don't get it. Being nice cost nothing at all.
