I ordered take-out for the family back in our hotel room; this was an easy walk. Food tasted great, from the burgers, onion rings & fries to my younger son's grilled cheese (he says it had no crust; bonus!). Wife was very pleased with her breakfast-all-day burger. Ultimate bacon double cheeseburger apparently does not come with toppings; I was disappointed but the menu doesn't list them so I guess that was on me. Family size fries, urban style, were very good; onion rings were amazing. Service was fine. The card reader defaults to leaving a tip; I didn't mind leaving one, but I think it should be opt-in rather than opt-out to prevent accidental overcharged customers. Prices feel a little high to go here regularly, but so does everything else in the area. Overall, a good experience. Thanks!
At the register they basically force you to leave a tip for essentially takeout where the workers basically just ignore you.Pay your workers a fair wage upfront, at these prices there's no excuse. I paid more than $20 for a burger and fries, that's insane. Most BurgerFi's aren't like this.Save your money and go elsewhere.
Great and fresh burgers. The onion rings was crispy and hot and delicious. The truffle aioli was everything!!!!!!!! I loved it.
Burger and Cry + Fry was awesome! It came with toppings that I didn't ask for, but still, turned out very well. Go to BurgerFi for a delicious burger fries and humongous onion rings!!! ???
BEWARE!! Do not, I repeat do not go here! Food is old, overcooked and pathetic! That's supposed to be the Spicy Waygu burger. Soggy cold undercooked onion rings. That's supposed to be two patties...
Food was really good, my boyfriend and I were visiting from Michigan for the Tortuga Music Festival and our flight got in late so we didn't make it to our hotel (Holiday Inn Express) until 8:30pm. Burgerfi's sign said they closed at 10pm, we got there at 9pm and all the chairs were up and the trash cans emptied - I wasn't sure where they even wanted me to put my trash? We weren't there long and didn't plan on it.. but we felt very rushed and uncomfortable because the staff seemed very annoyed that we were there and that they wanted us out so they could leave. I'm all for getting out of work on time, but we got there an hour before closing...
Wow the food was great and yummy! But… the service was awful. The employees closed the lobby 1 hour before they closed. I assume to get out earlier. The cashier showed attitude and didn’t care about his job at all. Next time I would just order to go so I don’t have to deal with the employees.
Continues to go downhill, burgers aren't worth mcdonalds prices. Lack any flavor and patties are to thin for what's being charged. French fries and onion rings good.
The employees working here are the worse. My husband was placing the order for my family and the employee taking the order was mumbling and seemed intoxicated. Also, another employee approached the employee taking our order and started whispering something in his ears, but they also physically touched each other cheek to cheek. I could not believe it! Also, right after stepping out to go seat in the patio we noticed that a group of employees started tossing soda at each other and playing as if they were in a kindergarten. The restaurant is expensive ($27 for 3 burgers!!!) and looks dirty and not taken care of. When the burger got to our table it was soggy and did not taste right. Worse burger fi I have ever been!
