This was my first visit and I was overwhelmed with how perfect my bagel, bacon, egg and cheese was. Thank you for the perfect sandwich and customer service! Found a store here in Westley Chapel and hope they are as perfect as your store! TY again!

Long time local review:Been coming here for years. The bagels are fresh and delicious, especially the Whole Wheat Everything. Still haven’t found another place with that. Cream cheese is good here too. Staff is friendly, though they got that SoFla/Brooklyn attitude, which makes it a little authentic but can be off-putting at times too.A few pointers:- whole wheat eveything, nuff said- this new Carnegie deli pastrami egg sandwich is overrated. If you do try it, either replace the cheddar with Swiss or don’t get cheese at all.- always go with the iced coffee. The frozen coffee ice cubes are a must.- coffee probably isn’t as fresh later in the morning so come as early as you can for the fresher cup of Joe.- disappointing they don’t offer non-pork options, especially when they’re located in a predominantly Orthodox Jewish area.- Staff can be a little, well, unprofessional at times. I’ve noticed not the greatest hygienic practices so just be observant how they handle your food.Overall, Brooklyn Water Bagel has been a great stop for me and my friends and family. They rarely disappoint and it’s been a very nostalgic spot to check out, especially when you get to watch them make the bagels fresh through the window. Enjoy!

No attention to detail. Check your orders before you leave the store. Order a pastrami and egg and Swiss. Got American cheese with no slices of pastrami, just chopped up bits. Never going back. I used to go on a regular basis but this is the straw that broke the camels back.

I used to LOVE this place especially coming from up north there aren’t many places down here were you can get a decent Bacon Egg and Cheese. The quality of this location has gone down IMMENSELY. When you have staff that cant follow or understand basic instructions then managment needs to focus on revamping their establishment. Today was the last straw I received my coffee with rotten milk in it and I ordered a very simple Bacon Egg & Cheese double toasted and it came with a huge ball of cream cheese. When I called to the establishment the lady said “ well people eat it like that” im sorry but who tf is gonna eat this. Even if people eat this it wasnt my order so instead of correcting it you fight with me!? Aight

Its ok. This last time I went I purchased a container of egg salad and it was spoiled. The bagels are usually pretty good but they don't use house cream cheese. Just regular ole Philadelphia cream cheese at a New york bagel joint.

OMG how cheap could they get. My girlfriend and I ordered there new Carnegie Deli menu. I ordered the half pound pastrami and she ordered the half pound corned beef. They gave us a half a sandwich each with hardly any mustard and they were $13.89 plus tax. When I called and said do you always give a half a sandwich they said yes. For that kind of money I expect to be full on a sandwich. Just a horrible experience.

I ordered a Jersey Boy on Asiago and got someone else's cream cheese on Everything bagel. That's the last time I order from here without checking my bag before I leave. They fixed the order the next day, so I'm improving the score.

Very nice place. Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious bagels but they don't include freezer bags

Came here for the coffee stayed for the breakfast!Been coming here for a while and the food is always on point. This time the place was more busier than my previous visits, but that was ok, as our food came out on time and hot.The coolest thing about Brooklyn Water Bagel is their iced coffee, which unlike other cafes they freeze their coffee into cubes, that way your coffee tastes the same as time passes by and not watered down. The coffee was self served so there were many flavors to choose from. I had the dark roast with the bourbon pecan creamer, and it was sweet. Definitely a new favorite flavor. For breakfast I had the asiago bagel with a cheese omelette made with tomatoes mushrooms and spinach, yummy in taste and healthy. Gf had an omelette too with some avocados and an everything bagel. She enjoyed her breakfast very much so.If you’re looking to have a unique breakfast experience Brooklyn Water Bagel is the place to be!

Im from NY/NJ and I will say for Florida their bagels are very good, however they use powdered eggs for their breakfast sandwiches which is just an insult to the tri state breakfast sandwich game. If you’re gonna call yourself brooklyn bagel, stop using powdered eggs!!
