I hate to leave a bad review for a small business but I had to write this one due to the absolute terrible experience I had today. I placed an order through their website today (Plain bagel with Tuna). When I arrived to pickup the order they said they didn’t have any order for me. I showed them the emailed receipt and they were saying they don’t have anything but they will quickly make my order. They also were saying that I didn’t pay them which I did (I paid them online through their own website). About 5 minutes later they said “we’re out of tuna” and had me pick a different item. I ended up just getting a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. They couldn’t issue a partial refund so I ended up just having them give me 2 muffins and we called it even. The muffins were literally as hard as a rock. They were unbelievably stale I couldn’t eat them. The bagel wasn’t toasted which I asked them to toast it, and it kept crumbling and falling apart. The staff had to get the owner involved when it came to looking for my order in their system and he was just so rude/short answered. He was saying they weren’t at fault since I ordered online through their website. Just a terrible experience and I won’t be going back. They used to be really good about a year ago… not sure if the owners changed but what a difference!
It is a local place. The cashier was friendly and try her best to assist us. The bagel was delicious and the coffee too!Real cafe con leche.I ordered a jalapeño bagel with salmon cream cheese and it was fresh and delicious.They seems to be small business and have short personal but it worth it.I definitely coming back to support small business

Very disappointed… I often come here but after today I will not return. The employee was getting my croissants with scrambled eggs put together with NO GLOVES! . To me this is unacceptable specially when you have long nails, simply disgusting.
The lady taking the order needed to be told 4 times it’s to dine in the order ,then her helper asked for the 5th time is it to go ? Then the chef who was also multi tasking and Cleaning tables asked is it to go ? Then he gave me the breakfast sandwich Cold, didn’t heat it . When the other server came she was like oh ! He didn’t heat it ? This places is a mess. Poor management . The lady taking the order couldn’t understand her cash register and blamed the computer . She kept taking order of people standing in line but forgot to make the orders and we waited till after breakfast to get our coffee which she also spilled .
I hate to leave a negative review on a local business, but our experience was that bad. The bagels were dry with a texture and taste like bad store-bought bagels. We ordered iced mochas that were served with the all the syrup at the bottom, not mixed in at all. There was hardly any espresso in the drinks. Our order wasn’t entirely correct, but we noticed multiple orders being remade for similar mistakes. Not a great experience.
Just spent $30 on an omelette, bagel sandwich, and two coffees to go. My order was completely messed up: wrong bagel, wrong cream cheese, no home fries… they made sure to charge extra for every modification but don’t bother to check the order to make sure the customer is getting what they paid for. What we did get was under seasoned and bland. Definitely won’t go back, it was an absolute waste of time and money. I strongly suggest we stick to supporting the local places that care about their guests, and are actually putting effort into things.
This place has its 3rd owner. I went there for the bialys and they were dry! I ate one there and took a few home.The person behind the counter was nice.
After the new owner took over they changed the method to make jalepeno cheddar bagel. You're supposed to chop the jalepeno and cook it inside the bagel with cheese on top. Not take a PLAIN bagel and top it with RAW jalepeno. Horrible lazy way to show your customers you could care less.
Ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant - got a rubber egg on the WORST PLAIN bagel I’ve EVER had. “Hash browns” were actually a greasy hash brown square. My dog wouldn’t even eat it so the whole thing ended up in the garbage.NEVER AGAIN - this place sucks.
