Great food. Sat at bar, and felt a little unattended to. The people to our right and left were getting excellent service, I’m not sure why we weren’t as well. Don’t remember the bartenders name. Food and drinks were good. Service was subpar in my experience.
FOOD ALLERGY ALERT! We were here on June 23, 2022 as a party of 7. The food was tasty but was way too expensive. I have had equally good food at local Chinese restaurants for much less. My biggest complaint for giving only one star is that the menu is not very descriptive as to what is in the dishes. My daughter has a severe nut allergy and went into anaphylactic shock shortly after eating here. We had to call the ambulance to rush her to Joe DiMaggio childrens ER. I tried calling to restaurant to inform them of the poor menu description and the need for a more informative menu, but there was no answer!
Did some gambling at the casino with a friend and stopped here for dinner. It was a great experience. Both the ambiance and food were great and our server MC was excellent. He was supper attentive and polite. Definitely will be coming back.
Great atmosphere and great service. Stopped by here with a friend and the bartender Jose was on point. Very personable and helpful when trying to decide what to order. Appreciate his patience and fantastic service in the fast pace environment. Would definitely recommend!
Great spot for some good Chinese food and it’s quick! Highly recommend the orange chicken or general Taos chicken. Cheaper restaurant option here!
My daughter and I ordered food about 2am this morning and we were told we could not dine in even though the restaurant closes at 3am on a Friday. We got our food in a bag and attempted to eat at the bar as my daughter was really hungry. We were promptly told by the bartender that we could not eat at the bar because we ordered for take-out. During that time other customers were eating at the bar and were still being served additional food. Furthermore, closing time was 3am and we were there long before closing. This is not the first time I have had issues with staff not using proper judgment. On another occasion we actually ordered food specifically for take-out and realized afterwards that my husband had to eat something, even a small bite, because he had to take his medication. Staff told my husband that he could not eat at the bar even though I told them that I understood I ordered for take-out, but my husband is a transplant patient who is on medication and actually needed to eat. That incident was reported directly to the manager who expressed that staff could have handled that issue better since Covid restrictions were eased. I spend a lot of money at the casino and at The Bol but I do have many choices of casinos and restaurants other than The Hard Rock and The Bol. The food at The Bol is one of the reasons we go to Hard Rock but staff at the front needs more training. The servers in the restaurant are awesome and the food is great.
Not authentic at all!!! Tasted like frozen out of the box coconut shrimp, spring rolls were also frozen food, and the fried rice was just OK. My husband enjoyed the pepper steak. The best thing about this restaurant was the ambience and decor.
L We got their early around 7pm so it wasn’t terribly busy, when we left it was Packed! Recommend getting their earlier to avoid the rush. Izzy our server was fast and attentive. Food was great ! The pork belly tho, wish it was in sliced smaller pieces since they were the fatty kind . But still delish!
My wife and I always have a wonderful time here.Food is fantastic in the service is excellent.But what really keeps this place running great is the manager Rey !He greets you with a smile , is very professional and if you ever have an issue he will rectify it quickly.He keeps the place running smoothly all day we have not even had to wait for a table yet.Thanks Rey !James and Sophie
