Perfect amount of sauce on the wings. Perfect amount of seasoning on the fries. and the one time they messed up my order they gave me sauce 9n my tenders

First of all, I understand that the dining room is closed, but while you'll let me sit in a long drive-thru line burning gas, you won't let me park and order at the counter? We tried, they wouldn't.The chicken fingers were poor quality as was the cole slaw. The fries had no Zaxbys Zest powder on them at all. Every other Zaxbys I've gone to put Zest powder on their fries. And the fries weren't hot.We also asked for a little container with extra Zest powder; we've asked for this at other Zaxbys and they happily did so. Only at this location, even though the girl at the window said she put the powder in the bag herself, she LIED. There was no container of Zest powder in the bag. And yes we check thoroughly.There's another Zaxbys a few miles away. Go frequent them, maybe they won't LIE to you.

1st time and can really say there sauce is awesome had a #2 4 piece chicken tender meal with Cole slaw and that was very refreshing on a hot day
On sept 2 at aprix 8pm I made the mistake of stopping at Zaxbys on 14th st. I had not eaten all day and I was starving. Typically chicken wings are a fairly safe bet. Zaxbys usually has decent food. I ordered the bonless chicken wings 10pc platter for 10.80. Not exactly cheap for fast food. This food tasted like something leftover from the JFK victory party in 1963 It was cold old and gross. Disgusting not edible. This was the worst food that i have tried to eat in recent memory. I forced myself to choke down 3 of the 10 pieces and i tossed the rest in the garbage where it belonged and probably where it came from to begin with. Whatever u do avoid this grease pit. the servers were nice but food is terrible. I have no axe to grind with Zaxbys. My reviews are typically complimentary Not this time. This place is just plain awful
Simple...order online, pick up at drive thru! The food was delicious and correct!
Used to be fast and fresh. Now you have to drive up to this lil waiting area and wait for 10 mins for a chicken sandwich. What happened to the 2 minute rule? Yall really have gone downhill.
