Ordered a large order for a company lunch. Went to pick it up - restaurant was not busy at all. Staff seemed more interested in talking with each other and looking at puppies out the window. Seemed annoyed that I needed sauces for the food - not friendly or very appreciative of an order over $100. Got back to work only to discover they completely forgot to give me the two quarts of mac and cheese and the quart of cole slaw on our order. Called to let them know, and they just said "Oh, sorry....I didn't see it on the order." I had to go back over and pick up the items...again, a lackadaisical "Sorry". No attempt to compensate. And to be honest....the mac and cheese was bland and the sauce was runny, and the fries on the order were undercooked and mushy. We won't be coming back.
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. Amazing food and service. The brisket is absolutely delicious. The server and manager was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and made great recommendations.We will definitely be back
Our organization used to hold monthly meetings at Woody's some years ago. Due to terrible service, food, etc, we changed our meeting place. Recently, friends told us they had a great experience at Woody's. My wife and I visited this evening. We were greeted and told to sit at any table. We were one of five sets of customers. Not very busy. Fifteen minutes of waiting. No menus, no drinks, no nothing. We walked out.An embarrassment to BBQ, an embarrassment to decent customer service, and an embarrassment to the food service industry.
Good experience, friendly staff. The turkey and brisket were exceptional. I would highky recommend not too crowded. Good experience

My food was cold .. the bake potatoe was cold and really dry.. it was cooked too long .. the waitress never came to check and see if needed anything.. just very disappointed
There, Banana Pudding and Pulled Pork Sandwich was great as always; that's why I've been a long-time customer and will continue coming back! My mom is a picky eater but loves this place!
Road the golf cart with my grandson's we had chick tenders and pulled pork sandwiches. Service was good and so was the food, fair prices, my opinion
