Outdoor seating with oceanfront view. Good service. Food was just average but view made up for mediocre food. Serves breakfast only. Cheese grits are plain grits with some shredded cheese melted on top, toast was very dry with butter placed between slices only in the middle of the toast, bacon was tough. Ordered soft-scrambled eggs and there were not soft, but on the dry side. Food is 3 star but rated it 4 star for view and good service.
45 minute actual wait time. Not 30-35. Rosey our server was a Pro. Food did come out fast. Bloody Mary was ok nothing to write home about. My eggs Benedict had English muffins that were not toasted and just tasted like raw dough. I didn't enjoy it. The presentation of my dish was deshevlied. Only one out of two muffins was covered with sauce with the one egg almost failing off the plate. Not impressed with my plate. Ocean view seating is the atmosphere you're coming here for and it's what your paying for.

Great views, but food is not good at all
It is a great breakfast place. Portions are huge and delicious! Service is excellent. Amy T waited on us this morning and did a super job. The sweet pancakes are something special. Bring your sun glasses and be ready to take some great sunrise pix!
Cool place, great people, just not enough staff. Waiting time was almost an hour.

Excellent food and service! The chicken in my burrito was seasoned phenomenally as well as the fried potatoes. Very huge portions for the price. All of the waitresses would check up on us and help out which I appreciated. Will be back!
