My younger sibling used to work there a few months ago, they showed me a video of bugs crawling around this place and even worse, the refrigerator pipe was broken and was leaking fluid into the cooked chicken.I go in the restaurant myself just to get a feel of what the place was like and to my disgust, there are lots of dirty tables, trash on the floor, trash cans filled university the rim, and black trays dotting the restaurant. It looked terrible. I go to the lady at the register and I give her my order. She was clearly in a negative mood because of her attitude towards me.Now I’m not sure how this restaurant in particular works, but I know for sure that other restaurants in the area do not blast music in the kitchen area for all customers to hear. I knew they closed at 9pm, but you still should treat your customers with respect and kindness. The staff were playing around but what made it worse is that one girl with short hair, yelled at the other employees and began talking AT them as if they were her children.The food is also way too overpriced. It is POOR quality!And I saw this is ALL within an hour.This place is FILLED with disrespect and poor hygiene. I can completely understand why my younger sibling quit.If I could give this place a lower rating than 1 star, I would.Please, if you want good food for a good price in a nice environment with better respectful staff members, go ANYWHERE else in town.Thank you.
Ordered on line and husband went to pick up. When he got home order was wrong. Ordered two burgers one with fries, one with onion rings. Received one burger, two fries. By the time it was corrected my food was cold and soggy. Also person ahead of him with wrong order was given a $5 coupon. My husband was not offered anything for inconvenience. Those offers are apparently random.
We only had a small 8" pie with artichokes and bacon, but it was terrific. Very cheesy and took them about 15 minutes to make. Reasonable prices as well.
It makes me so sad to have to type this out because i’ve been going to the loop since i was a little girl :( but today i took a few bites out of my burger not really paying attention because the loop has always been amazing and i’ve had no reason to question their food since i’ve gone so many times. But then i looked down and my burger was completely raw on the inside. Everything else was amazing though.
Most of my visits to this restaurant are stellar. This evening unfortunately was a different case. First I hand the cashier two 5 dollar bills and she gave me change for $6 and said I gave her a 5 and 1. OK I let it slide but am certain I gave her $10. I ordered a bowl of chili (soup of the day) … 20 minutes later I had to go ask where my soup was… They literally dipped it out and handed it to me. Very disappointing visit. A good cashier would lay the money given on side while making change.
The best pizza and ice cream shakes in town. The place is always packed, however customer service is amazing and fast. 100% recommend. My favorite pizza place now.
I drive 2 hours to get here and the Medteranian Pizza is worth the wait! The best pizza and salads you can find. I'm addicted to those pizza pies!,
Ordered a salad got a wrap it was exactly what I needed. Great service
Ordered the white fish sandwich. It was ok but didn't not have much taste, just kind of bland. I had to wait a long-time and went up to the counter to ask if they'd forgotten me since the rest of my party had been served. Second time I've been in. Both times just ok.
