First time dining here for my husband and I, and I’m so glad we did! I truly wish I could remember our waitresses name, but she was great, the service was wonderful overall. The food was better than I expected. I had the meatloaf and my husband had the bbq salmon and we shared ours. We also had mussels and the ribs for appetizers. Definitely will be back!

We were at the shrimp festival and we're quite disappointed with the food options, so we walked around and found this gem!! And we're so glad we did, it was the highlight of the day. We were seated right away, greeted quickly as well and placed our Drink order. And that came out quick , the live music was fantastic. Food was great. (Even with the limited menu) will definitely be making the drive from Jacksonville back. Only got one photo of the key lime pie( which was fantastic)

The food was AMAZING, the music was AWESOME, I highly recommend going!!! ( Fernandina local ) Dan.

This place has a great atmosphere live music and outside lights make it real romantic. The service was fast and our waitress was really nice. The mussels were really delicious but the fried green tomatoes were soggy and falling apart. I really enjoyed the entrees though. I can say that it was a good experience

Great atmosphere--even makes us locals feel like we're on vacation: great outdoor seating, live music, palm trees nearby. Excellent service and good food. The grouper is worth it for the sauce alone. Some dishes aren't as New Orleans spicy as some people would like, but you can always add hot sauce. It's hard to pick a dessert from the great choices. Added to our list of good options when we have guests--doesn't have the "touristy" feel of some places downtown but it has a vacation vibe.

Everything went perfect.Without a reservation we got a nice table.Wonderfull service. Creative food, top drinks and good entertainment. We loved this place!!!

Lovely outdoor patio, dog friendly. Had a great lunch outdoors with wonderful service. Got the blackened tuna sandwich and chicken salad.

With our 5 month old in tow, we stopped for lunch. After being sat at a bench, we asked to be moved to a table as the carrier wouldn’t fit and the tables are a high step up so he couldn’t sit in a high chair. Most tables were open but our Waitress was so rude and told us we would just have to wait until she can get to it. She really made us feel like we were putting her out of her way. It made us very uncomfortable and she seemed very unprofessional about it all. With her attitude, we left and ate lunch elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend if you have children with you.

Although the location is not prime, I enjoyed the food at this restaurant more than any other on the island. They also had live music which was a plus. Definitely worth a visit!

This was our 30th Anniversary "week" celebration. As we walked past all the restaurants looking for somewhere special to dine, the lights, atmosphere and music at Boat House called us in. After a very brief wait, seated outside and was taken care of by Cheryl. Two thumbs up!! Service was impeccable. The vibe is very chill, cozy, comfortable yet a little festive with the music in the background. Ordered the pulled pork & mac/cheese egg rolls as an appetizer. Yummy! Enjoyed a bottle of red wine to accompany the Duck Meatloaf and Diver Scallop with Shrimp. Unbelievable flavor. The owner Chet came by the table to see how our meal was and if we needed anything. Class all the way. A must stop for an evening out! Thanks Cheryl and Chet, you made a lasting impression and a great ending to our week.
