I generally love this Starbucks, there’s only been a handful of times where something was wrong with the drinks. However, for the last 4 weekends, the online mobile order option has not been available. It works fine throughout the week, but Saturday morning I get on the app and the store is not available. Same on Sunday. I don’t know if it just conveniently breaks or if they turn it off. My vehicle’s driver side window is stuck and won’t roll down so being able to place an order and just pick it up with limited contact with others is important to me. This has definitely impacted how much I go to this location.
We placed our order, waited fot 10 min and had to remind them of our order because they had forgotten about it.
i never thought a starbucks could be *this* bad. i placed a mobil order at 10:25 and the estimated pick up was 10:37, my food came out almost instantly but the drink was nowhere to be found. I asked an employee named sarah how much linger it would be and she brushed me off. another ten minutes, still no drink so i tell her i had been waiting for 20 min at this point and she snaps at me saying “we go cafe, mobile , cafe, mobile” but there were 3 cafe orders that ordered after us and had already gotten drinks and there were mobile orders after mine that were made. it was clear they lost the ticket and just didnt care. im astonished that staff can be so rude. i can tell that the only reason this location is in business is because theres not many other options. very disappointed.
I love the Caramel Frappe with extra Caramel, 3 expresso shots. The staff is always pleasant. You always leave with a great feeling of respect, not like a lot of places that act like you are bothering them.
We were in town for a couple of days in a rental. Each morning I visited this Starbucks for our morning coffees. After the first day the staff remembered me and my order. They were great. Made me feel at home and like a local. The entire team seems to work together synchronously. They are all moving, but not in each other’s way at all. I don’t know if they see it from the inside, but from the outside they have their act together. Thank you Fernandina Beach Starbucks.
The perfect refresher for the morning! I’m not a coffee person but the refresher is my morning cup of Joe. They staff was quick and friendly!
This is the closest Starbucks to my house. I mobile order here regularly because it’s the only place around. However, it is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and not just on one occasion. All the time. It’s awful. I regularly wait 20-40 minutes for food and drinks. Often times the food is ready 10-15 minutes before the drinks so it gets cold while I wait on my drinks. Cold Starbucks food tastes like freezer burn and regret. Beyond that the drinks are incorrect more often than not. There’s no way to correct this other than getting in line and then waiting all over again so usually I just deal with an incorrect drink that I paid $6 for. Ashamed that they can’t get it together here.
Right down from beach. Hot Starbucks makes for very nice brisk walk on beach.
Worst Starbucks ever. Completely disorganized. Got my egg bites and waited.....and waited, and waited. Finally had to ask for either my cup of plain coffee or my money back before one of the 5 people behind the counter could figure out how to pour it.
Lately haven’t been very pleased with Starbucks, not sure what’s going on but it has been awful twice, am the most simplest person you can ever meet and when I order my frappe that are literally simple Java frappe not sure how much harder that can get but the first time I changed it up alittle like two weeks ago and try the peppermint mocha frappe, I didn’t get a frappe they made it as hott and so I told her it was supposed to be a frappe and she apologized and told the lady what to make so they redid my drink right and so am excited to tried it and well it wasn’t correct at all, it was a regular tall mocha frappe :( so I called and told the woman who took my order and told me to come back to get a new one and I did and it made me sick and wasn’t good at all. I forgave all and wanted to try again because I got this awesome gift card from a guest where I work at and wanted to use it and so I did and this time I order my Java chip frappe nonfat n no whip, order was wrong all the way, was Oreos pieces and cream that’s it and I told her it wasn’t right and didn’t look right and she insist it was the correct order so I try it and omg I couldn’t even drink it I got nothing but sweet cream and my mouth and so I called again and told her this was incorrect and they wrote me down in the book but unfortunately I gave up on trying it again, not sure if the workers are getting or paying attention to what they are making or just winging it but something needs to be done please , I use to love it here and now I just don’t ever wanna come back.
