Outstanding menu! Everything fresh! The best Margarita since San Antonio! Excellent service! 5 Stars!
A fantastic choice if you are looking for really good Mexican food. We started with a couple of Margaritas which tasted like your standard margaritas. We then had the Pablo's dip which is queso with refried beans and chorizo. They serve the dip with tortillas and man did I wish I had more of them. It's a large portion and it is fantastic with the tortillas, but you only get 3. Delicious! I had the Mexicana fajitas and my wife had the Chile Colorado. Both were fantastic! Definitely recommend to anyone local or visiting Amelia Island
The margaritas and ambiance were wonderful! The outdoor patio was beautiful and very private. The food was very authentic and tasty. I ordered the Pollo Maya and it was so yummy. The description sounded interesting so I thought, what the heck, and I’m so glad I ordered it. My husband ordered Chili Rellenos and he said it was the best he’s ever had. We’ll definitely be back!
We were in town for one night and happened into this restaurant. We were so pleased with food and drinks. Everyone at our table agreed it was some of the best mexican we had had in a while. Combine that with friendly and attentive service for an excellent evening!
Sampled the menu and not a single bad dish in my opinion. The organic margaritas are absolutely stellar in taste. Make sure you save room for Churros, they are absolutely heavenly!! Two big thumbs up for Pablo’s!
Food was delicious and fresh. Not a chain - authentic! Service was courteous and responsive. Portions were large and easy to share. Will definitely come back!
We visit Amelia often but this was our first time dining at Pablo’s. We LOVED it!! Service was quick and professional. Our food was delicious. I had the chicken enchiladas with salsa verdas and rojas and my husband had the chile poblano. And I had a wonderful huge margarita!! The owner’s daughter, the manager, came over to talk to us and ask how our meal was and we told her how much we enjoyed the evening. We will definitely be back next time we are at Amelia!
Dined here with my husband and two teenage daughters. What a great meal! Service was excellent and the ambiance delightful. Hope to go back !
Very popular, not fancy.. Food great, try the flaming dip - oh my! The service was excellent because the whole staff tended to the tables.. It’s kinda loud & noticed some diners having difficulty hearing.. would definitely go back..they don’t take reservations so might be a slight wait..
Ordered the crab dip. I didn't taste any crab. It had the consistency of a thick cheese soup. It was served with some warm flour tortillas. I guess I put the soup in the tortilla??The lava stone fajitas had just a couple shrimp.The house special was 3 teeny tacos with a broth dip and sauce. The margaritas were good.I'm not sure I'll go back with all the other choices in town.
