Ordered to go and was told 30 minutes. Came in at 45 minutes to see how it was going and was told the pizza was in the oven and it would be another 15. Ok, busy and understaffed. Checked back in after 15 minutes and they just started making the pizza. Wasn’t in the oven yet. Waited an hour just for them to start making my food when it was supposed to be only 30 minutes. Expect bad service at this location. Can’t comment on the quality of the food since I left without any.
We had a lovely date night at Ops recently. Olivia was a wonderful waitperson, and the food was very good. We'd not found an Italian restaurant that we really loved since moving here, but this came close. The side salad was basically iceberg. It could use a little jazzing up with cheese, croutons and different veggies. The bread that accompanied the meal was dry and flavorless. Someone might have waived garlic butter over it, but it needed more than a waive. The meals themselves: lasagna and eggplant parm, along with a calamari appetizer, were all very tasty. Portions were such that we had leftovers to take home. Prices seemed very reasonable. Nice atmosphere with live music and outdoor seating. Will return perhaps to try the pizza or another Italian dish. They do have an extensive menu.
Iceberg lettuce on salad bar was brown. Pizza average. Terrible service. When flatware requested server never brought and had to retrieve. Requested second beer never delivered. Won’t be going back.
SO good. I've loved this flavor for years and just visited to get it again. It did not disappoint. A side of ranch is great with this one! So delish. My hubby got a normal pepperoni and liked it too. It was about $50 for 2 larges, with sauces, and tip. But enough for 2 people to eat for 3 meals at least.
Chose this restaurant based on ‘Best Overall’ Uber Eats review. What was delivered was far from. Flat bread was ok, but delivered cold. Never mind about the Calamari, unless you like rubber bands dipped in bread crumbs. Best? Must be a joke.
My husband and I had such a pleasant dining experience. Our waitress was the sweetest. The food was served quickly and it tasted DELICIOUS! We will definitely be returning.
It was horrible. poorly run no quality. You can easily tell you they don't care. The place was empty go figure. The Kingsland restaurant is far superior, don't waste your time and money
Went today and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement . They’re charging prices different than their menu, they charged per drink with no warning so whatever refills I received I got charged per drink.. The menu says that the salad bar is an additional charge of 4.99 and we all got salad bar and when they rung us up she charges us 8.99 per salad bar and then said “it’s per visit” we all only went one time. It’s one thing if your prices change but a warning would of been nice I spent $6 on to go teas and we wouldn’t of done the salad bar if we had known it was going to be almost $10. The pizza was soggy and disgusting and the service is basically none existent. I’m honestly so shocked I’ve never experienced something like this.

Wow what a surprise! Had shrimp ravioli and baked ziti. Very very good sauces. And the zepoli is amazing. Thanks for a wonderful meal!
