Flys everywhere around us and getting on our food, very disappointed, for a place like this I was expecting way better.
The food and service were excellent. However we had a reservation but weâre not allowed inside the restaurant due to a party inside.
Ordered the seafood tower. Thought weâd get fresh seafood on the gulf. The tower costs 145.00 and stated it served 6-8 We asked the waiter about it and she said if thatâs the only thing you are getting to eat to go with the largest one which is the one we ordered. Stated it came with a lb of shrimp, lobster 1 lb , crab legs 1 lb and a dozen oysters When it was brought out there were a dozen oysters each about the size of a quarter, a tiny lobster tail about the size of my palm that my husband and I shared , approx 8 small shrimp and 2 tiny 3-4 leg clusters of crab legs I asked the waiter about the amount and she said that doesnât look like a pound of shrimp Left and came back with a bowl of heated up from frozen small shrimp We had a glass of champagne and the tower. I ordered a beer which was brought out in a can. No glass and I didnât drink it We left with a over 200$ bill and we were still hungry Oh. After my husband ate and was still hungry he ordered a strawberry salad but said he was still hungry We should have either been told the oysters were gulf and tiny and the tower was not enough for 2 people let alone 6-8 Choose another place. Heard salty pelican is good. Donât waste your money Also charged 10$ valet parking clause itâs in the Omni and we were in the Omni villas so had to drive over
Food was excellent and the service was stellar. The website sold the restaurant as fancy and upscale which is why we chose it to celebrate our anniversary. It definitely isnât. Lots of folks in t shirts and shorts. Still a wonderful meal and the staff is super friendly.
Salmon and grouper were excellent! Would have preferred true glassware instead of plastic. Wine in a plastic glass just is not the same!!
The food was underwhelming and overpriced. My partner and I were dripped on throughout our dining experience (possibly the AC vent above us). My partner said his cocktail was watered down, claiming my NA beer was stronger ð ð¤. The service was incredibly slow, practically nonexistent. The server was sweet though, so we endured the horrendous experience (it was SO MUCH out her control). We were surrounded by dirty tables that were EVENTUALLY cleaned (which is why we didnât move from our original table to avoid being continuously dripped on). I distinctly recall staring at one table that remained dirty even after paying and FINALLY leaving. I tried to redirect my gaze, but the table was in my direct line of sight. All in all, we wonât return unless EVERYTHING is free. Yes, the experience was that PAINFULLY AWFUL. The only redeeming feature of the restaurant is the view, but we couldnât appreciate/admire it because of the mountain of issues experienced while dining.
Birthday perfect location
The prices for the quality were extremely high. There was not a large variety to choose from for children. Also there was a screaming infant the entire time we were there, which I know is not the restaurants fault, but it made it hard to enjoy our food. The food wasnât great by any means.
