So ill start by saying I love your food but today me and a friend got 2 different sandwiches from you all and we both ended up with food poisoning. not sure it it was the bread, cheese on something just not being clean but we've been miserable all day..
Sandwich was okay, outdoor seating was nice. My wife asked for her club to be put on the grill, she was informed that they will not grill it for her. She has done this numerous times at another location, not sure why they wouldn’t do it here.
I stopped at this particular location after I left the Oncologist yesterday for lunch. I was feeling a little down in spirits and weak. The staff working was very friendly and made me the best Philly I've had in awhile! I'll definitely return soon when I go back to the Island!
They incorrectly made 2 out of the 3 sandwiches in my order. I brought it back in and the manager checked the sandwiches like I was lying. One sandwich they remade for me but the other sandwich(I ordered no tomatoes) they took the sandwich back and took the tomatoes off the sandwich which is so unsanitary and not to mention, illegal where I'm from. Thank goodness im not allergies tomatoes otherwise I would have thrown a fit! They waited until the last minute to apologize like this was okay! If I could've given 0 stars, I wouldve!
Best sub shop on the island! Staff is always super friendly and store is always clean. They really know how to make a Philly!
Went in to get my giant 13 today and Madison and Kay did an amazing job on it! Both very friendly and upbeat. Had me time then to see how fast they could make it for a G13 competition. Not to mention their “Jersey Mikes Gingerbread House” Christmas decorations really get you in a festive mood! Can’t wait to go back next week!
It's a good thing I was given a gift card the sub itself was it best of three the sub makers didn't understand the simple I want a lot of jalapenos onions etc. Sub overall was mediocre. Even more disappointing was the value for one footlong sub and two chips was on$20 so you could get a much better sub across the street at Publix for less than $10
Peyton and his team make a philly cheese that SLAPS! It was absolutely the best sandwich I’ve ever had !
