Thank you Grab n’ Grow for quick, healthy, and delicious options!! This is a plant based, allergy friendly restaurant. I was really thankful for their gluten free options. The gluten free bread was actually delicious!My husband and I also tried the shakes. The employee at the cash register suggested I try the pistachio mint and I thought it was very refreshing! Fun suggestion!We were able to take our order to go and enjoy a healthy lunch on the beach. Loved it ?
The food here is great, however when I came I went to use the bathroom and the woman’s toilet was clogged and overflowing. I let a worker know and no one went to fix it. Just kinda made me lose my appetite a bit lol.
Just tried Grab N Grow for the first time..... SUPER TASTY and DELICIOUS. We had the chicken pesto sandwich with soup. AMAZING! Can't wait to come back again. So many great options on the menu! Definitely our new favorite place!! The service is fast and friendly.
Im giving them the benefit of the doubt. My strawberry bannana smoothie was decent but just a bit off. Not sweet enough. Maybe this is on purpose to be vegan cool or something. With that in mind ill give them 5 stars. Pleace was clean. Not freezing cold and the plastic chairs were a buge improvement over the metal prison benches used by every other rest in FB. I willdefinitely be back but maybe ask for something on the sweeter side next time. Lots of stuff I want to try
Grab’N’Grow is great! Their new location is centrally located on the island and has seating. All the food is fresh and healthy. The blast wrap is one of my favorite sandwiches and all the salads are delicious.
The avocado toast is absolutely amazing I’ve had several of the other items that were always yummy ? The power bank juice is my absolute favorite if you guys haven’t been here you need to!!! They’re located where the old little Cesar’s was.
Really wanted to love it. Ordered the avocado toast, lentil salad and smoothie. The one size only smoothie is too large, thin and I don't think the flavors were from fruit but artificial flavorings. ? The avocado toast was toasted but was soft. The avocado was the best thing in the whole meal, although nothing special. The lentil salad could not have been more blah and bland. Fresh but not flavorful.
Had my first visit today and everything was on point. They have GF options which is great for me!

Searched for “vegan lunch” while in town and came across this gem ! She is so welcoming and the juice and food was great ! I ordered the healer and a blt. Both were amazing ! Try it out
