Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 doughnuts that were awful! Terrible food and service.

Worst service ever!! I ordered on the app and had to sit outside for 30+ minutes before I finally decided to go in and ask for my order. They had no clue I had an order and I had to show them the order on the app. They didn’t have any donuts and couldn’t even get my coffees right. Do not recommend going here till they get a new staff!!! Ps. The chicken on my sandwich wasn’t cooked enough

Order taker did not know the difference between vanilla cream and Bavarian cream and even argued with me about it. She said different locations had different items. Do whaaaattttt????
So much for BaskinRobbins 31 Flavors! They only have 16 flavors in their store and not one of them was Chocolate Almond!!!!?
I ordered via the app and came to pick up my drink - it was a Chocolate Stout Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam. I was handed just plain cold brew with chocolate syrup added. I asked them if they could add the sweet cold foam that comes with the drink. It wasn’t a big deal - my order isn’t correct 80% of the time.. Normally, the young man at the window catches it as he’s handing it to me and corrects it (I order the same thing every time), other times I’ll just take it as is and hope for better luck next time. This time though, I asked for it to be fixed. When the girl at the window told the man he forgot to add the cold foam, he picked up the bottle of chocolate syrup to show me that’s what’s in the drink. I let him know I was asked about the cold foam, not the syrup - he then stuck himself halfway out the window to come argue with me, saying no cold brews come with foam unless I pay extra for it. IT’S LITERALLY IN THE NAME OF THE DRINK! I told him I order this every day and have for a while now - he slammed the window in my face. A woman then came to ask me what I wanted.. I told her what I ordered and she asked “okay, but what goes in it - I haven’t worked here in a while, idk”. I drove off without the drink I’d already paid for, not even bothering for a refund because of how combative that were acting. I don’t know what happened to the young man that used to work at the window, but his customer service skills are the only reason situations like this in the past were easy to overlook. I hope he’s on to better things because the rest of the crew is a hot mess. I won’t be coming back.
I go through the drive thru almost every morning for coffee and these are some of the kindest, funniest, and just genuine people I've ever ordered from, and I have never had to wait in line more than a minute or two.
The server does not take the order properly. No one at the window to take the money. 2 Coffees was served without sugar... bad really bad... Pathetic!!!!! Boston cream donut is an all time favorite so 1 star...
Under new management and I can certainly tell! The food is always prepared fresh and they have so many excellent selections! The establishment is always clean and the service is quick and efficient. Definitely worth a stop!
