This location does not know how to make drinks, then refuses to remake. They will give you a cup of milk and say it’s the exact recipe for a macchiato.When asked to remake the drink, the employee then mansplained what a macchiato is. The manager was rude and off putting. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ordered a macchiato and instead got a regular coffee. I was confused why it seemed cheaper than another location I go to but didn’t say anything until I saw the drink. When I told her I ordered a macchiato, she acted like she didn’t hear me say that prior and then stated “oh yeah our machine is broken” okay then you should have told me that before making a drink I didn’t order. It’s not hard to listen to a customer and inform if something is out. Won’t be here again
Always out of basic items, no munchkins at 9AM on a Sat. Morning… closed at night. Better options elsewhere…
So far, I've been here 3 times (different days, once around 9am, 2pm, and 1pm) in the past couple of days and every time they're out of ice cream and donuts. Employees aren't friendly, either. Will not go here again.
I ordered avocado toast then only get a toast with very thin avocado layer on it without any sesame sprinkle. I like the Dunkin in Yulee better.

THE most extremely rude lady serving donuts inside on 20 Jan at 4:30 pm. She wouldn't tell me her name and neither would the guy inside. Rude employees will shut down a business. NEVER going here again.
12-18-21 Wrong Coffee & no Donuts. We went inside around 2:30 in afternoon to get the new coffee advertised on TV and a couple donuts. At first we thought they were closed because no customers inside or in drive through (we found out why). There were only a few donuts that looked like the picked through left overs that no one else wants. We ordered flavored coffees, but they tasted like left over plain coffee that hat had been sitting on a burner for hours with no special flavors. Coffees were so discusting we poured them out in the parking lot.
It was a great experience. The staff was awesome and friendly. The food was great, and those coffee drinks. Yum!
Sat in the drive through line at 9:40 this morning and after 20 minutes of waiting the female employee told us Dunken Donuts no longer has a vanilla cream Donutes. So strange since I just had a few days ago and thus has been one of thier most popular ones for 50 years. So strsnge!
