THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. we went in at 4:30 for a early dinner and Charlotte was our waitress. She was extremely disrespectful towards us when we asked her where the sides are located on the menu. She slammed her hand on the menu and said “RIGHT HERE!” She was also training a new girl and getting on to her when she asked questions. I normally never complain, but this experience was just awful..
I just want people to know before they arrive to this restaurant the false advertisement… On Thursday it’s all you can eat wings but they will have a posted time that they will not honor that anymore being 6 o’clock but they still advertise it. The reason said is because they say that the inventory of the product is limited… But if you can only eat 20 wings on an all you can eat special they will not honor the special price … but they will sell you 20 wings at full price … it’s a bait and switch… With this being said if you’ve ever been in there the place is a nasty dirty establishment so it’s the only way they can persuade people in… They’ll never see my smiling face again.!!!!!! P.s I ended up buying 20 wings and when they brought my order out there was only 15?
Put a fork in this particular franchise. Not comparable to their other locations at all. Run down inside, bad service, low effort on the food. Got loaded fries that's had a sprinkle of shredded cheese and a dash of bacon bits. Came out with a tube of sour cream. Pretty disappointing for "loaded". Wings are small and although I ordered 2 separate sauces with "hot" heat level one came out like a volcano and the other had no heat. The flavor wasn't good on one of them, tasted like straight salt block.
3-20-21 Came in with a group of several for a late lunch, restaurant was not very busy. Server was not pleasant at all and a few of our items were not right; then she actually argued with one of us because his wings were not the way he ordered them. Food was average at best, couple of our wing orders were cold and were the wrong heat and flavor. Pretty disappointing.

I am very particular about wings. This place was absolutely stellar. Went on a Saturday night at 7 pm, I think most people do takeout, but had several of the flavors split across 4 wings. The spice levels are appropriate, ordering hot will get you a tingle going, increase spice level for more pain as necessary. All of the flavors tried, bourbon, bee sting, georgia girl, and smokey mustard were phenomenal. The wings themselves were well fried and appropriately sized. In case you weren't aware, wings are no longer the insanely cheap food item they were 20 years ago, but the price was appropriate.If I lived in the area this would absolutely be one of my go to places for wings and beer. Way better than gators dockside. 10/10.
This is one of a few places that seemed to have improved during COVID. Their wings are great. I gave them only four stars due to the condition and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Service was ok...but the lunch menu was unclear and when we upgraded to a side salad for 1.99 extra. We were chg'd 4.99 and told that the Quesidilla did not come with sides. Long story short.... I left there $50. Lighter for 2 ppl to have quesidilla's for lunch.
