Went to the Dairy Queen in Fernandina Beach we usually go on a weekday but they need to do better with their service and learn to appreciate customers. Their manager was very rude I am not sure if this was manager but heavy frame lady all I asked for was a sauce and you would have thought I asked for a free order. It is too many businesses out here having to shut down due to lack of customers and as a customer I work hard for my money as the next person and when I come to a establishment I expect some type of courtesy especially when I am only asking for a sauce.. #bettercustomerservice/management training
The young lady who waited on me and fixed my Mc Fluffy was a ray of sunshine with her cute blue hair. The young lady who rang up my order was very courteous and apologetic when I had to wait on her manager, Ms Grump, to come open the register while I waited she was on the phone and stopping to take care of an off work employee who wanted their check, this customer and others had to wait.
Food was delicious and quickly served to me. Best milkshakes ever.
Best blizzard I've had in awhile. Tough to find someone who takes the time to mix the ingredients through the entire blizzard. Great job! Restaurant was clean and not very busy.
Would of gave 5 stars but when the cashier found out she gave me the wrong item, she got an attitude with me.

Fun place to go and get ice cream and then go eat it and watch the ocean. Nice and peaceful. I went through the drive thru so can't tell you about the inside.
Fast , friendly and food was good and hot. So nice to go in also.
