Just left the Coldstone on Sadler in Fernandina Beach. Had to write a review about the service. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with the most welcoming voices eyes that smiled so bright you could tell she had an overwhelming smile underneath that mask. Her name tag said Kate. She was such a warm, inviting, courteous person who displayed IMPECCABLE customer service. So much so after I left I doubled back to get her full name (Kate Kinsey) immediately went to the company website and sent a positive customer service response. In a world full of uncertainty we all should be a Kate Kinsey. I wish her all the best in her future endeavors. I suspect anything she does she will shine bright doing so. Well done, Kate!?

I had a very long day from college and my job. I haven’t been to cold stone in quite some time. A forgotten memory from my childhood until I happened to pass by this location. I was having a tough time deciding what I would like to order, and this young lady with pink hair was accommodating, patient, and sweet. She made my day by flipping my frown upside down. If I’m not mistaken, her name was Maggie. It’s like you won the lottery by meeting such a kind soul. Don’t sleep on Butter Pecan!
Outstanding service from the Cold Stone team tonight. We went in within 35 mins of closing time and the staff provided cheerful friendly service quickly making our order as if they just opened. Really appreciate their effort in serving us!
