This place gets busy for a reason. Catlin, does a good job of handling problems that come up. Especially now with supplies, etc. Management should take care of this lady.Food is on time but sometimes there's waits. It happens at fast food places on the island...
Horrible drive thru experience. We waited 25+ minutes at 1:30 on 5/14/22. The vehicle at the order box had the passenger get out walk ahead and knock on the drive through windows. The 2 vehicles between us left the line. I eventually called the store number and it rang for 3-5 minutes with no answer. I eventually left the line and drove through the drive thru lane and saw people behind the counter serving other patrons, but nobody was working the drive thru.
We ordered at the drive thru right around noon and rather than telling us that the oil for the fries wasn’t hot yet, they left us waiting. Finally I went in to see what was going on and our burgers had been made and had been sitting getting cold. We were in a hurry, so I asked for new burgers and left without fries (and we didn’t get what we ordered anyway). They didn’t apologize or offer our money back. They also had no change and the iced tea was so strong it was undrinkable. The employees were having fun throwing French fries at each other. Regional management needs to check this store.

Worst Burger King I have ever gone too. Service was terrible took over 30 minutes to get meal and I was only customer inside the restaurant. When I got the food it was cold. Guy at register was high or something never seen anyone move that slow. No such thing as customer service anymore!! I mean I realize it is fast food but dang take some pride in what you do!!
Decent enough food for a BK, BUT. I went through a few days ago, and they had me move up and wait for my order. After 10 minutes they went out and handed food to someone behind me, without even thinking about checking on the car sitting there waiting. 5 minutes later, I went in and they had forgotten about me. They made the food, but didn't bring it out. So, today I ordered food, and they had me move up, and let me rot again again. Went in, and they had no clue. Got my money back, and I am done.This had happened once or twice in my life in the past, but they managed it twice in a row.
Went in for Whopper with lettuce, tomato, mayo and cheese only. Order came and burger had everything on it but onions! Went back to counter and lady made it right but when I got back to my tabley fries had gotten cold! I will never ever ever go there again and pay $10.00 for underrated hamburger ???.
I was hungry for a burger, so I ordered a Whopper and onion rings. Yummy food. Thank you, BK!
The customer service was great. However the quality of food wasn't great at all not to mention the wait time to receive our order was unsatisfactory.
I have never been so disappointed. I went there today round 2:30pm, probably should had listen to my instinct and just turn back around and I wish I did, first of all was only 4 cars and it took almost an hour in a half for service? car in front of me had enough and drove off, when i pull up they insist that the car that left was my order and instead of reading out the order to make sure it was mine they didnt, there was no hello how are you, the two employees just look miserable like they didnt even wanna be there and you could just feel it. when i told her these wasnt my order it took another 30 mins for chicken fries, fries were cold everything was a mess from taking my order to the window, the lady in the window was just rude shut the window in my face and then when the other lady didnt ask me if i had a straw i had to wait again to tell the rude one about it n then slap the window again. poor business like this is very bad naming for burger king. employees dont care how they act or what they give to the customers and thats very sad. i been in customer service since i was 15 and i have never mistreated anyone even if they was rude back. if the owners read this pleaseee get your managers in order and hired good working people.
