The catch of the day was really good, but pricey at $36 for a small plate of flounder. The fried calamari was more like calamari fingers, and while not awful, a bit uninspired. Country salad was amazing. The small plate of the day was an over-battered and over-fried egg roll. I think we were expecting something a little more upscale, but with the TV screens it almost seemed like a sports bar. Our server was Connie and she identified herself as new. She was lovely, attentive, and spot on. The jalapeí±o margarita was good.

We loved the food and the service! Truly special. The noise nearly stole our joy. Inside is simply too loud. Nobody can hear, so everyone speaks louder making things even worse. Sit outside. The heat is more bare-able than the noise. Simply great people and great food. We all loved it. Find a way to enjoy it where the noise isn’t overbearing.

We loved it so much we went back and enjoyed it even more!!!

Great food. Great atmosphere. Staff is awesome Would definitely go back

My wife and I got away for the weekend to Amelia Island… I knew of this place from a long time ago and the fact that it was still in business told me it was great! As I suspected… The scallop risotto is the Mac daddy of everything

Food was great and service was even better. Jackie did a great job!

Great food and service!

Bar Zin is a Great place to meet with Fsmily or Business associates. Great Food. Great wait staff.

The food and service were great. I sat outside on the porch, and it was beautiful! The fried oysters were fantastic and so was the bread pudding, the salad, and the tuna. I think it is pretty noisy inside (that might be just the bar, I don't know), but it was lovely outside.

Our server Katie was very nice and she did a good job. The food was really good but not great. Calamari was a little chewy and the chicken skewers were a little dry. But flavors were great. Young girl who greeted you when you arrived was not friendly. We were a little disappointed but love Bar Zin and will be back in time.
