The best French Dip sandwich, great service, and gorgeous views of the intercostal waterway. Also an amazing place to watch sunsets.

We showed up 30 mins before closing and the staff told us that it would not be a good idea to eat. They didn’t want to rush us, but they would. First time I’ve ever heard that. Not worth the effort to ever come back.
I timed our reservations perfectly so we could watch the sunset from our table. However, the lighthouse sits in front of the sunset view so really you have to get up to go see the sunset. Which is totally fine just beware of that. We got up, took pics, then went back to the table quickly so they wouldn't throw away our food. The tables are somewhat packed in and there was a lot of chatter but we really enjoyed our experience. I had a regular reuben and my husband loved his triple tail entree. Very generous side salad portions - took up a whole plate. Also, the Mahi dip and homemade chips were yummy and also very generous portions. If we could do it again my husband and I would have split his fish and just gotten his meal and the Mahi appetizer.
Fantastic food, Fantastic Service, Fantastic place. We are from UK and this is our last night. We have tried the “number 1” which was ok, we tried the one opposite Englewood Beach which was less than ok but this place is the best by far!
We went with another couple for a 1pm Sunday lunch. We were surpised there was a band performing at that time of day. Unfortunately, they were so loud we could not even converse. Our server came to the table and announced that she would be the one 'yelling at you today over the music!' Sadly... the music just got louder and louder. We ended up just eating silently. Not much fun! Our food was good.. the server cheerful and efficient.. But we will never go back unless we know for sure there is no entertainment . At night..a band would be fun...and that is what is indicated on the website But not for lunch
Arrived 1145, took an hour to get food. Waitress ignored us, hostess demanded to know why we wanted to talk to manager, manager just said it was a computer glitch, no apology. Everyone around us had finished before food was served. Orders get lost, that happens, but we were made to feel it was our fault and we had no right to complain. Will never go back.
Decent food , good service. Sadly we made reservations and were seated in the entertainment space so were told we had limited time to eat and move. Entertainment was there barely an hour into our meal and we felt very rushed…. So much for reservations!
delicious drinks. Waited about 30 min to sit and eat but not bad considering we had no reservation. stood on the dock watching the waves and listening to a great band
