We ordered a large thin crust pizza cut into squares plus other items. We were told it would take 30-45 min. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I called to find out were the order was. The person who answered the phone was very rude. By the time we got our order it was cold and completely wrong. We will never order Papa Johns again!!!!
Fast and hot. Flavors are great. Delivery always friendly.

My girlfriend ordered pizza for delivery, to it's credit through the tracking app it left relatively quickly. Cut to almost an hour later, the tracker shows the driver almost in Venice. Called them up and was told a driver had clocked out too take it on the way home, and would arrive shortly. 20 minutes later I call and speak with the manager, who tells me that they utilized a doordash driver.He then tells me to check the front door step because sometimes they do contactless - it was there thankfully, upside down and ruined. Still on the phone with the Manager, he asks whether I want credit or a replacement, to which I asked for a replacement as we are hungry.He then asks me to please give the driver a tip, as far as I know dumping the pizza upside down on anyone's door never earned me a tremendous tip.Apologies for the long one, but the service here has declined sadly and they need to find something else to do if they don't like it there. As I did.
Waited over an hour for pizza and it was almost cold when we finally got it. Did not receive a discount. My husband actually went to the site to pick it up but they finally delivered it while he was gone. Last time that we will order pizza here. The restaurant is only about 2 miles from our house.
Store is VERY VERY understaffed. Not their fault, Pizza is great. With their current situation though, they are doing the best they can with the resources they have, expect long wait times during dinner hours.
Over an hour for delivery and cold. Only live 2 miles from store. Driver said they weren't that busy.
Had a minor issue with two pizzas. Tony the manager gave us a credit for both pizzas plus a free desert which he let us trade for garlic knots as we are not desert people. Understand fast food businesses get busy and was a simple mistake and appreciate the above and beyond that Tony did for us! Didn't expect such a credit. Instead of having an attitude, give your local business a second chance, say something and most will take care of youThanks Tony! You earned our business and we will continue with you!
Order 5 pizzas online at 1:00 pm to be delivered at 5:00pm for my daughter's birthday party, when 5:20 rolled around and still no pizza I called papa John's to find out what's was going on, after waiting on hold for 5 minutes I was told the pizzas were on their way. The pizza finally arrived at 5:43 I looked up the directions and my Google maps said it is 13 minutes away. I might not know everything but I do know that something didn't add up here! Very disappointed and didn't even receive an apology from the delivery driver. I had 10-15 hugry girls waiting for pizza!
