Normally I love this location, but I’m disappointed tonight. We came up right before close, which is my fault. However, I did not know that they closed at 11 pm until I went on to write this review. Good service for them in the fact that they still served us at closing time. However, I would rather be told that they were closing and get good, fresh food somewhere else, as opposed to what was served to me. It seems as if they made this food in low heat oil, since fryers were likely turned off. My mcchicken was burnt to a crisp, and is inedible.
Placed an order for my daughter. 6 pc nugget kids meal. Get home to find 2! nuggets in my daughters meal. Luckily I ordered a 20 pc and gave her 4 of mine. I called to explain the issue. The excuse I got was that everyone working that night was high school students and they had tests that day and are tired. Seriously? The girl said to come back and they'll give me another 6pc for free. I declined that offer. Unbelievable the excuse. Guess these high school students can not count or use basic math skills.
Ordered online in the app before heading to the store. Great that you can pull in a spot now and they know who and where you are to bring out your food. We had a very large order and most places when we order miss at least one or two things, however they got the entire order right! They are great with time too, never slow service when we go through the drive thru either.
Waited in line for at least 20 minutes tonight to be shorted one dollar at the first window, and to receive a very soggy Happy Meal box at the second window. Box fell apart almost as soon as I took it, and the food fell on the floorboard. Also, the apple slices we requested were the diced apples for the oatmeal. The lady at the window offered to have a new one made and I did wait for a few minutes, but I had a hungry newborn waiting for me at home so I left without it. My husband also went to this McDonald’s on Thursday night, after his shift, and he wasn’t able to get anything. He said the parking lot was blocked off and at least ten cars were parked and waiting for their food. The service here has gotten slow lately and isn’t acceptable. I hope this review helps get this store back up to par.
Ordered four Big Macs and absolutely ridiculous! Smallest damn things I've ever seen! Wife specifically stated onion on her burger, well no onions at all! Rudest employees I've ever come across. Yes fast food but your paid $12 which is more then most make in other places. Spoiled brats and have no idea what working for a dollar is about
Ordering kiosk had issues, pressed button for help. But no one came. I left. Drive thru window is overloaded with cars out onto a very busy street causing traffic delays. It's an accident waiting to happen!!
Well I asked for a chicken sandwich meal four different times before I got my food and even to the manager and they still gave me the wrong order but in the end I got the chicken sandwich but it had bacon and cheddar on it and it was for someone who doesn't eat pork so needless to say he wasnt to happy
Garbage location maybe one time out of five so they get the order right….. spend less time dying ur hair and focus on ur job
Great place to watch the sun set on Lemon Bay. Very friendly staff keep the food and beverages flowing. Always bring our guest for a wonderful time!
Good food and excellent customer service. That's our All American Restaurant for years.Reminder US Veterans and Seniors they will not give you a Discount on your meals but Burger King and Wendy's will hopefully McDonald's will someday.
