My husband and I will be visiting weekly since we went for Mother’s Day! I lovely young lady named Grace waited on us and was very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Made my Mother’s Day awesome!
Just had a delicious Mother’s Day dinner here. Loved that it was reservation only so both service and kitchen was timed perfectly. Best Italian food outside of NY. The chef, Tom, is amazing. Sandy always so welcoming. So many favorites they are hard to list but eggplant, chicken francese, veal any way and so many appetizers. We always bring family and friends here for dinner. It is like having a family dinner without cooking!
I live next store to this so called restaurant. The owner is rude . Does not honor reservations. And does not seem to understand customer service. She completely ruined my wife and my evening. I would not recommend ever making a reservation here.
Catalanos in the Hudson Valley of NYwas great and they bring us a great restaurant named Isabella's in Cape Haze, FL. Excellent food with great service.

We moved to Colorado from New York 8 years ago and have never seen broccoli rabe since. Never in the grocery store nor on a fine dining menu. We were traveling on placida road one day and saw Isabella's bistro. We quickly pulled up the menu online online and immediately knew that the owners of this restaurant were from New York. There it was, pasta w/Broccoli Rabe, the meal by which I would judge every so called Italian restaurant. Most would fail miserably but I just knew Isabella's was going to be perfect and they certainly didn't let me down.Our server was one who admitted was on her 2nd day on the job. She performed like a seasoned professional and, if she didn't know the answer to a question, she would leave and come back instantly with the update. Quite possibly, she was the best server we've ever had.Out of a possible 5 stars, Iwe would give Isabella's a rating of 7 or more. The atmosphere, the the chef, the staff, and most definitely Sandy. She is the grease that makes this wheel spin!
Isabella's is on par with any of the multitude of Italian restaurants we've been to.... anywhere. (Who'd a thunk it, in an out-of-the-way strip mall in Englewood, FL?) Really top-notch, friendly service and delicious food, greatly varied menu, very reasonably priced. You do need a reservation, which helps them manage traffic flow during Covid-challenged times, but better that than having to wait for a table. They also have a couple of very nice outdoor tables if the weather cooperates.
My wife are visiting Englewood for the 1st time since 2019 and were traveling along Placida Road on our way to a restaurant to meet 2 other couples for dinner. As we passed by the little strip mall which used to house our favorite restaurant we couldn't help but notice that the restaurant had been replaced by Isabella's Bistro. We quickly googled the restaurant and perused the menu only to find that we hadn't seen a menu as extensive as this since we left New York 8 years ago. For featured where 2 dishes that we had not seen on any Italian menu in the past 8 years so we quickly made reservations for the next evening for dinner. Of course, they were already full and asked if we were amenable to sitting on the patio. To that we responded "Absolutely!" We were greeted by a young lady who announce d that she would be our server and let us to our table. From that moment on, we received the best service we've ever had as well as the quickest. welcome both ordered the meals we thought we would order and we were not disappointed in these least....two perfectly prepared meals right out of Westchester County. We'll be back over and over now that we found the perfect Italian restaurant.
