Donuts were already running low and most trays were empty. Didn't seem acceptable being it was 9 am. The other hand, the employees were kind and my coffees were waiting for me before I even received my food.
Great staff! I’ve been many times..one of the fastest drive thru’s I’ve ever seen.
I’ve only visited here once, but it was an excellent experience. My cashier was extremely helpful, informative, and very patient with me while I figured out what drinks to get. I ended up with a hot sugar-free vanilla latte and an unsweetened, iced, cold brew. Both were very well made and delicious. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
This Dunkin is great!! Service is always served with a smile..they work their butts off and always want to make sure they get the order correct. Really appreciate that m, mobile order is always ready when I get there and they have a separate line for pick up!
The worst!!!! Hashbrowns always cold and soggy. I went early in the morning around 9am and they didnt have hot chocolate unreal.
You need to get someone on register to take order correctly . Totally wrong and when I tried to get what I ordered they told me I didn’t pay for that ??♀️. So get the order correct when taking it. If I did this with my business I’d be out of business…???? went back a second time and still didn’t get order right. ??♀️
I understand that you’re trying to meet your drive through times, but i’ve been to your location two days in a row and everyone I encountered was rude as hell and rushed me through the line. I’m not coming back
If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered a few croissant stuffers today, and not only were they cold, but they weren’t even cooked inside. They contain pork. This is a serious health code problem. I called them to speak to the manager and the person who was there told me the manager was not present and that they were sorry but the people there were new. Are you kidding me? I could have ended up in the hospital. That was uncooked bacon. That’s not a good enough excuse!
Remodeled looks great. All the Donuts are great. Great service.
So I don’t have the time to waste to drive back around to add something to my order, which should be done at the window before I pay for my items. The male at the window was extremely rude. I’m a medical professional, what kind of behavior is that? Thank God Starbucks is coming into town because I’ve never once received that treatment from them. Bravo Dunkin employees, on once again disappointing your customers.
