I'M SO DISAPPOINTED IN BURGER KING AT THIS LOCATION. I PURCHASED SOME BURGERS AND SOME FRIES. THE BUN ON ONE OF THE BURGERS WAS GREEN AND HAD MOLD ON IT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH BURGER KING BEFORE.
I've been to both good and bad Burger Kings. This is a good one. Very tasty food ?- not dried out from being held too long, not overcooked- good, juicy burgers. However, like so many businesses these days, they are very short handed. You may have to wait a few extra minutes for your food, but not too long.
The workers here are dumber than a box of rocks. I've tried to give this place several different chances, but every time it takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get through the line and the employees have no clue what they're doing. The customer service is a whole other story.
Service was fast. Manager was working and kind. Restaurant was Very Clean. Food was awful! Nobody in my party finsihed their food.
Management here is a joke..most of the staff is very rude and unprofessional i sat at the drive through for 10 minutes and said hello into the intercom only to get this response. "Give me a minute I'm trying to take care of the car in front of you" now being at the intercom i cannot see around the building to see a car at the 2nd window waiting for their food ..not a I will be with you shortly or anything professional just complete rude. He finally took my order and we still waited 5 minutes for the car in front of me to finally get their foodI once went there at 7pm all lights on inside and the drive through again waited 10-15 minutes to get we are closed I have no staff...the why are all the lights on? Why is there no closed sign? This burger king is the worst burger king ive ever been to ..only gave 1 ★ because 0 stars is not an option
Long wait with no line. Multiple multiple times. Cold food. 70% of the time it’s wrong. You’re not greeted at the squawk box. You wonder if they’re open half the time waiting in the drive thru for them to acknowledge your presence.
Place an online order ahead of time and choose pick up inside only to get there and the doors are locked and the line is 10 cars deep. They definitely closed the wrong location. The home depot one wasn't great but they at least were nice and tried. This place is a dump
Went here a couple times and the manager and staff were pretty rude. They rush you and are very impatient. Also takes about 10-15 min to get the food. There has been times my girlfriend and I ordered something and they forgot it, or multiple things. The manager and staff are unprofessional and rude. However some of the staff is nice. We need more people that are happy to work there and have that work ethic and to be polite to the customers.
My son went to BK by Walmart for a Burger for me. Brought it home and there was nothing on it but lettuce and tomato! The lights are on but no one is home.
Bad service all the way around...even with management...we ordered our food and didn't finish and the staff said go to window...then get to window and another employee was rude so we drove off without our food....Then I called and talked to manager and he was rude also will not ever go back district manager needs to get this under control or they need to hire better help
