I have not been happy the past few times I have gone here. I stopped yesterday at 5:30 PM Dinner Time.. I ordered chicken nuggets, chicken fries, & 2 large fries. The fries were ok but not fresh when I first got them. The nuggets & chicken fries were Nasty and have been sitting for a long time. So I pull back threw the drive thru and ask for fresh nuggets & chicken fries. Then they only hand my chicken fries and I'm like where are the nuggets.. So then I have to wait for the nuggets to cook. By the time I left my French fries were gross!! I have worked fast food before and when something like this would happen I would make sure the customer got the whole order fresh for waiting when they shouldn't have to wait at all!!! Have fresh food at dinner time!! When something looks nastyy from sitting to long throw it out and start fresh!! It's not that hard..
Well built burgers but, it would be nice if they where more than luke warm almost always
Food was great. Dining room closed at 2 pm.

Ordered the French toast sticks with hashbrowns and both were very hot and fresh. Loved it

Servers we're very kind and friendly. Food was great except for the onion rings, which were chewy and slightly soggy, followed by the mozzarella sticks, which were putrid.
Honestly I live right across the street so its easy access and having three boys that's a plus though I wouldn't say fast food cause I could damn near sit at a restaurant for the length of time it takes them sometimes to bring me my food..... But hey I get it COVID as understaffed alot of places so I don't really mind cause when the food does come it's usually pretty good and I like the workers always professional and nice
Sorry but the Burger King in Englewood, Fl is the worst. Dirty floors and unkempt people. I waited for at least fifteen minutes today and received a cold icky burger with ff. I ordered onion rings. This fast-food restaurant Is in need of some serious help!
