I loved the atmosphere and there were interesting and tasty items on the menu. It was more quiet with the snowbirds gone. The old time Floridian architecture is lovely with it's tin roof still in place. The prices were high. For example I was upcharged $3.00 for French fries. I spoke with the owner and she said it was due to lack of availability of potatoes. Shortages are a reality but fast food restaurants are not that high. I did feel consoled by a large slice of carrot cake. That was delicious as well.I would go again but after a pay day or having saved more money first. The hush puppies were the best.Thank you.Angie S.
I don't know how this place doesn't have all 5 stars. Ate here last week and I'm still thinking about the delicious crispy shrimp and delicious, juicy, tender steak served over potato spears. My friend and I split both the shrimp appetizer and the steak and it was the perfect amount of food that left us both really full. We also had some of their cocktails which were fantastic. Wait staff was quick and friendly. We had no wait for a table at 8pm on a Saturday night. Will definitely be visiting here again!
The wide variety of menu items offered, fun service staff, and award winning drink specials make Sea Sea Riders a great destination. The Let West style outdoor porch dining is wonderful and the food is amazing. Warning though, it is fine dining not your fried-up trash seafood on a platter like the tourist traps nearby. Truly a gem in Dunedin.
Happened upon this convenient and casual lunch spot after entering Dunedin. Very pleasant staff and very good food. Southern fried chicken and mahi tacos were awesome !!
Walked the town then snagged a table on the front porch. Odd hostess, odd waitress, the food we had was good. Fried green tomatoes presented well, a root salad, salmon BLT, all good. I think prices are up a bit.
Except for being downtown, this place would never survive. They cut their menu drastically and its basically bar food with a few exceptions. $17 for a fish sandwich? Nah. Nothing on the menu is exciting. They try to do it with some flair but not worth the price. Very high noise level, and they had a singer but you could not hear him or your companions due to noise level. Saturday night beer festival in the park contributed to congestion and a lack of parking. Service was good, food not worth the price, terrible ambiance.
Had a fun family night. Food was hot and fresh, service was fast and friendly. We love the downtown area and would recommend this place for a relaxing night of cocktails and local atmosphere!!
Such a cool looking place both inside and out. Unfortunately the staff does not meet the expectations. The hostess was rude and actually made fun of the staff in a demeaning way. We were finally seated and sat for over 10 minutes without any staff approaching us. We decided to just leave. Menu looked good and would loved to try some of the dishes.
Very nice staff, good food, and dog friendly lunch stop for us. Great variety of options for lunch and dinner.
Great food and service! They have a nice outdoor seating area- perfect to people watch the tourists on Main St. We found free parking across the street from the historical museum. Great drinks and food and they had more than enough waiter and waitresses to create a seamless experience! We had the pulled pork sandwich and the blackened grouper sandwich- both were excellent! Moderately priced and we did see families with younger children there as well. Highly recommended
