I have ordered from here a a few times when I'm feeling lazy on a rainy night after a long day at work and the pizza is always delicious and quicker than expected!Stuffed crust works is pretty boss ?
Just had a phone call as I was following up on an order that was 20 minutes past the estimated time and was hung up on. The app said it was on its way but when I called, the person said it was being completed. I asked what that meant and she repeated it again. I said the app shows it’s on its way so what’s the actual status. She said it was coming out of the oven. I said this makes no sense and she said she is looking at it on her computer screen so I questioned what the actual status was again. She hung up on me. This place is a total joke. We called back and asked to speak to the manager and it was more of the same. Incompetence all around with no value on the customer. The “manager” said at the end of the call that the driver is 1 minute away. As I’m typing this, it’s been 15 minutes since that call. Way to go y’all. Be proud at the end of your shift that’s you “did your best”. Smdh
This location is terrible. Every time I order from this store they make mistakes with my order. I'd recommend, if you do order from here, to order pickup so you can verify your order before you leave. I called to address it in hopes the manager would correct it and forget about it but got a huge attitude about it. I didn't want anything in return. Just wanted them to fix it. First time I called a young man said he was the manager and I didn't get his name. I called back after writing this to get their name and Leann answered the phone and she claimed to be the manager. If you're reading this you might think I was rude, but I can assure you I handled this with kid gloves. They're incompetent and couldn't care less. This is really unfortunate because I strongly prefer PJ's to any other franchise pizza. I'll be finding a new pizza place to spend my money.
I ordered 10 pizzas to be delivered for my son's birthday party a day ahead. They were over an hour late of the scheduled delivery time. I called to see if they would comp something but was just left on hold. I know things are tough right now, but it was just terrible service.
Only pizza we order here. Thin crust well done and it is a fine pizza. Cinnamon buns are addictive and order double each time. Delivery is prompt and do not forget to tip the delivery person.
I literally live right around the corner, we are talking .5 mi away from my house. These dudes are not just slow at making pizza, they also are EXCEPTIONALLY slow at delivering. Their decision making during deliveries is also sub or at best. I ordered 1 Large pizza for myself and kids, it wasn’t even on the road until an hour later (TOTAL time til delivery originally quoted at 45 mins). Then, when the pizza finally got on the road, the timer said “5 minutes until delivery” via pizza tracker. 10 minutes later I check the tracker, and the driver is way out south west of where we live, and the tracker says 15 mins. 15 mins later, I check again, and the driver is nearly in the next town north of us. We were almost going on two hours when I called to cancel the order, and attempt to explain how this didn’t make sense. To say the manager was unprofessional, would be a compliment. Been ordering from these dudes for years, but this is just dumb lol.. I worked at a pizza place when I was in High School, it’s really not that hard to figure out.. lol.
Pizza arrived 3 hours late, dry and cold. This location has drastically decreased in quality and service.
Very fast service. Their pizza tracker needs a little work. Usually tells you the pizza is ready, but it is still in oven another fee minutes. Otherwise, everything is great!
I’ve been coming to this Papa John’s for 13 years and unfortunately after today I will not be coming back here. Not one person on the line had a hairnet or a hat. I saw this girl with her hands down the front of her pants and then she just hopped right on the line without washing her hands that is absolutely disgusting. I work in the service industry so I know that you’re not allowed to not have a hat or hair net on if you’re working on a line that’s a really gross. The service has always been amazing so I’m still giving 3 stars but please follow health code regulations. They are there for a reason.
Rude rude rude...I don't know how this place is allowed to be open with such rude people like Billy..yes that was the name of the rude guy there..I took the pizza only because it was for my client other wise I would of left there in a hurry or worse done something bad but I hold myself up.Manages should be aware of this..
