Went for Breakfast no soap in the men's room. Told the cashier. Went back for lunch (don't judge me) still no soap. Hope the employees wash somewhere else. While I was eating all I heard was people complaining about how hard the kiosks are to operate. When I was walking out the sole cashier was coming back from bringing a car order and stopped to talk to an employee that had just gotten off...the manager comes out screaming at her because there is now a line of people who don't want to use the kiosks. Maybe could have taken an order or two instead of embarrassing her in public.
Don’t do it! Service terrible, accuracy terrible, location terrible, food terrible! Oh and gotta love when they pull you forward and 10, yes TEN get their food before you. Done, no longer customers. Will drive the extra 10 minutes elsewhere! Period. (This review has happened over and over again to us and I RARELY Leave bad feedback)
Cool fries are the worse always, no wonder why it was not busy with any customer or lines in drive thru.
This by far is the best McDonald's drive through! Ruthie is the sweetest and always gets our order correct. She brightens our day with her cheerful personality!! Everyone needs a Ruthie in their lives!!
I love this location! There is another one closet but this one is the best! Everyone is so friendly!
This mcdonald’s was extremely unwelcoming! the staff would not give us service and when they did they were moody and unhelpful…. we had to wait 30 minutes just to order an ice cream cone because they were all just in the back! no one was even in the store or coming through the drive through. they also came out and yelled at us while we were taking selfie’s to tell us “no pictures” but we didn’t get anything but our faces in the photos. this mcdonald’s was an awful experience and their costumer service is awful…. DONT COME HERE !!!!

Easy access off of Alternate 19 as well as the beginning of the Dunedin Causeway. Always fresh french fries there. In and out no waiting for the most part
