Ordered a filet o fish & fries. The half slice (still unbelievable that you don't get a whole one) wasn't even on the sandwich. I included a picture before I touched it & of how it looked when I lifted the sandwich. There was no one behind me in line, so absolutely no reason to rush to the point of being incapable of making a sandwich correctly. The fries were also cold by the time I arrived home after 5 minutes with the bag closed at the top.
I was told that her machine cannot make the water.. so if you want a courtesy cup of water with your extremely overpriced meal.. you're going to have to go somewhere else.Lies, if you're stupid enough to tell them, should be plausible.. plausible is a word in the dictionary look it up.
Worst spicy chicken nuggets I’ve had! Overcooked! Hard and burnt! I threw them away after 2 bites. Inedible!Your workers are going to put you out of business. They don’t know what they are doing. 12 workers and waited 15 minutes for a to go order! The ice coffee was the only thing ready melting away.Wow is all I got to say about this location! Pay attention to your customers! Walked in and they are talking loud to each other having a party! I pointed to my bag that was sitting on the counter ready for pickup to two different kids! The 3rd kid finally got it for me!
Aren't they all the same you never know and then you give somebody might be a little lazy and I'll just kind of throw on to catch up in the mustard and the pickle and everything else off to the side then when you open it up get it in your car it gets everywhere I think if they would take more time practicing the bull hit the bullseye which is the center of the burger it would be a wonderful thing
I got a quarter pounder with cheese and it was half cooked. I like my meat well-done and this was not. I'm never eating there again. The McDonald's and KFC in Dunedin is horrible. Never eat at these places, you will be disappointed.
There has been many good changes that makes for a better experience. Mostly personnel but also better menu selections.EDIT:3-31-22 I used a deal from their app on a drink and I noticed something that I've noticed in previous orders while using the mobile app. It seems like every time I use a deal the amount of food I receive is less than the amount of food I would have gotten had I not used the deal. For instance, the large drink I ordered today was only 3/4 full. It's as if the restaurant is trying to discourage the usage of the mobile app or and/or deals.

7:30 on Friday evening- Two fish sandwiches- $9.00 +. Employees at the pickup window were yelling at each other- I think this branch needs a referee not a manager.
McDonalds is McDonald's. This location runs fast and smooth. Great employees. App ordering is easy. Food hot. Fast.
I waited about 15min to be served..therr was a dark skingirl wearing a had with white timed glasses she was talking to a male right by the register after her lengthy conversation she walked right pass me.Then thereafter a young man named jacob took my order.Think you Jacob....Please fire that young lady she has poor customer service and should be working at burger king with her dirty hair bun.....
