Well most time I go here all is good! But the last few times the young kid doing the cooking has the worst attitude. He through my order down like he was upset over haveing to work. So I ordered popcorn chicken and I should have looked in the bag and checked my order. The popcorn chicken had literally 8 pieces of basically fried breding. I took pictures to show the employees but I soon found out I had a better chance of getting milk from a chicken!! This seems to always be an issue when this kid is working. How about this KFC, why don't you bring your car to my gas station and you pay to have your car filled with gas but instead I give you a half a tank of gas.just saying.....
let me just say that I am beyond impressed with this location. yesterday work was pure pandemonium and I came home to more of the same. I just wasn't in the mood to cook so KFC it was. when I got to the speaker I had a whole car full of kids with special orders a million questions and I was just super embarrassed and I felt really bad for the workers. luckily I had the privilege of being assisted by Nathan in the Drive-Thru. this boy must be on his way to management and corporate status. he was so knowledgeable he answered every one of my children's questions without hesitation he had so much patience in accommodating their special orders and I can honestly say that Nathan truly turned my frown upside down. I was so maxed out from the day and him helping me get my family dinner so smoothly without any mistakes on all those special orders and without even the slightest twinge of annoyance at my children. I hope that not only the location manager but that corporate as well knows what a valuable employee they have in Nathan he should definitely get recognition and a raise. just the most polite young man I have spoken to in awhile and that includes my own children. I am impressed all the way around with this young gentleman. and again I hope his employers see his value because it only took me about 3 minutes in the driveway through to see it.
Chicken was old and dry, Cole slaw was dry no flavor!
Terrible Customer service everytime I go they never have what's on the menu.Tonight same deal wanted a pot pie didn't have any.Ordered something else was told they didn't have any biscuits would be a short wait not a problem.Parked my car waiting for my order a girl came out brought another order to the car next to me .She asked me if I was waiting for my food after waiting ten minutes.Then came back outside and said they couldn't fill my order because they sold the last chicken breast.I had to get out of my car go into the store to get my money back never offered anything else.I asked for the main headquarters phone number so I could place a complaint was told there was no number to call.Terrible place and it was easy to find the main number to make a complaint.
Horrible. Price. $18 for 8 pieces of chicken. Several pieces little wings size of half dollar. Ridiculous. Never going back.

I came here before and wasn’t impressed over a year ago. Swore off coming back, but since Cory made a post on a public forum and has taken over . I decided to come back on a whim today. I have to say Wow everything was on point. It was hot fresh food, large portions, everything cooked to perfection!!! Seriously night and day difference, definitely recommend giving them another try. Not the same place in a good way
I've been trying to eat here for the past 5 years. Once a year I tried again to see if it has gotten better. No it has not. I owned a restaurant once and I know what refried yesterday's chicken taste like. I would you have food at the end of the day to my employees and myself for leftovers I never would serve it to my customers okay. I also don't like someone who has fingernails that are 4 in Long. I also had chicken that was so greasy a washcloth would be needed to absorb the grease. And the is not clean. And I know what's the proper management and consistency that would be a money-making KFC because there isn't another one in this area. I called last year and a young man said he had been the manager there for 4 years. That's too bad. I'll try again next year.
SUB STANDARD KFC....DOSENT HAVE JELLY FOR BISCUITS. Told they don’t carry it at this location only hunny.ATTITUDE AT DRIVE THREW. Drive threw people hurry you and don’t like big orders. The location is a sub standard KFC. Attitude for large orders (2 family meals)Told location is a franchise and location isn’t a corporate store and is why there is no jelly... costs more... not the same experience without it. Regret coming to this location
