Here is a picture of the most sad, soggy and overpriced almond croissant ever made. I ate the top half which was equally mushy, but I was hungry so it isn't pictured here. I spent $4.00 for a pile of greasy mush and then another $4.00 for a watered down, lackluster latte. Bummed to say the least. I wanted to be a good member of the community and buy local, but I'm sorry, I won't be coming back.Update: They asked me to email them regarding this review. It's been a week since I first spoke with the business, and there has been no resolve or attention from the Dunedin cafe owner.
I've only ever got coffee from here. It's my favorite coffee shop around. Love the lattes and cappuccino.**edited, thanks for the feedback. I've seen multiple locations, thought it was a corporation...I stand corrected! ?
I always love finding local coffee spots and this place didn’t disappoint! The layout is neat, staff is friendly, and the coffee is locally roasted. Plus, they have gluten free treats, which are hard to find.
Friday morning at 730, and I still got my coffee super quick. But that's not why I'm leaving a review. My friend drinks yea and I know nothing about the stuff. All I knew was black tea so the ladies were super helpful telling me what I should order for him and even how long to leave the tea bag in before taking it out to avoid over steeping it. No idea if this is a local chain or a one off, but there was no uppityness for needing advice on what to order. Just polite service with two big smiles. And the coffee is good too!
I absolutely love this location and the baristas☺️ Brianna does a fabulous job along with her crew, She is always cheerful and makes my drink perfect every time I come in. I’m so happy they opened this location. Highly recommend it. I also love their pastries and ham and cheese croissants.
Coffee is just okay. The young girls working could have been more friendly. They said nothing to us after they gave us our coffees. No have a nice day or anything.

This is the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to! I love the vibe of the place and all of the girls are so so friendly and just a bunch of sweethearts <3 I ordered that cafè ah lait with some lavender, super yummy! You can tell this establishment is well taken care of and under good management and I stuck around to ask some questions about the coffee and the girls were ON TOP OF IT!! I might even bring my 13 yr old to get a chai latte soon as a little after school treat ?! All I have to say is I will be coming here more often and making this my new spot to get my caffeine fix everyday. Great work everybody count me in as a new regular ??!
Brianna never fails to make my coffee just how I like it and is consistent flavor wise every time! There’s never a long wait and the ambiance of the shop is always a plus! Everyone there is polite and personable which is why I love to support local instead of Dunkin! 10/10 would recommend if you’ve been contemplating! Keep it up!
I love coming to the Kahwa in Dunedin, the girls are super nice and informative. Everytime I come the coffee is great and so is the conversation.
