While on a trip visiting the nearby beaches we stopped here for some Italian food and were very pleased. The food was very good - not heavy or greasy like a lot of American Italian food, it had more subtle flavors and spicing which was a nice change from most eating out you do on a vacation. Good serving sizes as well. Also tried the chocolate cake and a canoli, both were very good.Solid restaurant, if we visit the area again this will definitely be in the rotation.
I discovered this little gem about a month ago, and liked it so much I've been back a couple times since. Decent pricing, especially for lunch. Service has always been good. Food, excellent. Great minestrone soup and garlic bread!
This place is a gem. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the food was delicious. The pasta fagioli transported me to my grandmother's kitchen table...it was wonderful. My daughter got the spaghetti, and the gravy was excellent. We all loved the bean salad. We can't wait to go back when we're in Dunedin next month.
What a gem of a place! Julian's is a hole in the wall with great prices and fantastic, homemade food! Our servers were knowledgeable on the menu and helped us select the tortellini and chicken marsala. Both were phenomenal! We will definitely be returning!
6:37 pm we have just arrived home from what was supposed to be a good place to eat with good reviews. NOT SO in our opinion. This was to be mother's day extravaganza for myself and my wife and I but the experience was less than adequate to say the least. First, a problem they could not resolve while we were there was the Air conditioning was not cooling properly, with the ac man on the way, not really their fault but......the server DANA was very good but that did not do a thing for the food. My wife and I agreed that we should have gone to our old standby in Palm Harbor. The bill was what I expected to pay but it was not worth the money. Next year. here we com old standby!
Unassuming location but the meal was delicious! I consider myself a food snob specifically Italian and this place was very pleasing. Staff was very attentive and friendly as well. Highly recommend!
Top notch first class amazing experience. Food is amazing, atmosphere is wonderful. Music plays in the background staff is efficient friendly and helpful. Food was sooo sooo good. Recommend fettuccine Alfredo with salad. We also ordered the spaghetti with marinara sauce and lasagna. The mozzarella cheese wedges are also really tasty. No complaints. Big portions and will be a repeat in the near future!
amazing 10/10. Everything was amazing from the service to the food. You can tell that the pasta is homemade it is so good. everyone at my table got something different completely finished it all. The desserts are amazing, even the coffee is great. Definitely somewhere where you should take your family!!!!
Quaint restaurant with attentive staff and excellent food. Portions are quite large. I had the eggplant parmesan and it was fantastic! I split the meal and the kitchen split the food on separate plates for us prior to sending the food out which is always nice.All of the family enjoyed their meals. The seating arrangements were nice for families. Service was on par and with a smile!If I lived there, I would be a frequent guest!
I had my best pasta dinner last night gnocchi and I have to tell you the best I ever had so I am recommending it the service perfect for me the atmosphere can't get any better if you're looking for a nice romantic place to go to Julian's Little Italy is the place to go and it is nice to be a part of the family by way of joining and you can do the same thanks Julian for your delicious meals sincerely Henry
