The woman making my sandwich noticed that the bread was a few inches longer then normal. She proceeded to shorten the bread then tossed the excess into the trash.Seriously?Then whole lunch crew vibe was tense.I get it nobody wants to work anymore and good help is impossible to find.Sad
Usually love this location, but the past couple times I’ve been here there has been a girl making the sandwiches with a negative attitude. She is careless in how she puts the sub together/wraps it and the general feeling she gives off is of annoyance that you are ordering from her. Most expensive sub I ever purchased in my life! A fee for this & a fee for that! OUTRAGEOUS!! Nothing special about it. Slow delivery! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went in and got a sub, I got a club supreme. They forgot to put the bacon until I said it, and the bacon was burnt. The selection I chose had a few different meats and there's nothing on it, the meat and cheese is paper thin, very upset I bought a $16 sandwich of bread lettuce and tomato
Edit: modifying my review. I've talked to Valerie and she's passed it along to the regional manager over this location to address this issue moving forward. This store is quick and I've never had any issues with them in the past. I've changed my stars to 4 stars from 1 thanks to the quick response and addressing it.Original Review:I walked into this store to pick up an order and they had their wet floor sign literally within 1 foot of the door in the way to walk in the door. I ask if they would like me to move the sign out of the path of travel and all the staff said it's there to let the customers know the floor is wet. I said this is a tripping hazard being in the door. They said it's better than them slipping on a wet floor. Terrible safety acknowledgement on the staffs behalf.

There was food all over the counters, and the kid made the sandwich wrong twice! Especially now with Covid, you want extreme sanitary conditions, this place does not seem to care or follow standard protocal with food sanitation! Will never go there again!
