Located right in downtown Dunedin and in close walking distance to the bay. There is a wide selection of ice cream options. There is a good blend of kid friendly flavors (like the cotton candy flavored Unicorn) and more sophisticated flavors. The salted caramel peanut flavor was very unique and tasty. It has a good balance of sweet and salty.
They have a lot of different flavors to pick from. Staff is hit or miss for the level of customer service you'll receive. Icecream is usually a little too soft so as soon as you walk outside its usually already dripping. Prices are comparable with most other places.
I’m a Dunedin local and we bring family and friends into this shop frequently. The ice cream is delicious HOWEVER our experience at the Dunedin location is inconsistent. The amount of ice cream you get from one time to the next is never the same. I generally order 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup - sometimes they give me 2 scoops that barely meets the top of the cup, occasionally they give me 2 decently full scoops and other times they give me one scoop with a small layer of the other flavor covering on top of the first scoop and charging me for a 2 scoop ice cream but giving me 1 \\u0026 1/4 scoops. The ice cream is not cheap, I paid $22 tonight for 3 individual one scoop ice creams that were small and one “2 scoop” ice cream that was only 1 \\u0026 1/4 scoops. We are tired of getting ripped off!!
We like this ice cream place best in Dunedin. My better half gets the Dreamcicle, and I get the coffee one. Generous portions, nice tables to sit outside at, and the pier is close by to walk out to.
Stopped in today for toasted coconut milkshake and a premium coffee cone..they both were heavenly!! The server wasexcellent and friendly too! That coffee ice cream was the best!.. chuckle of choc chip and dark fudge in it, so good!!
The lady behind the register wasn't interested in answering my questions. When I asked how my 2 scoop sundae was half the size of the other cups of ice cream in our order she ignored me, she was rude!!! Glad for this company that so many people enjoy their products, I will not be back.
Completely Incompetent staff. We went there for ice cream, the amount seemed high and I asked the girl at the counter why it was so expensive for two ice creams. Instead of answering me she proceeded to push the transaction through and said “do you want to see receipt”. She charged us for an extra ice cream. Then she was unable to refund because she didn’t have the pin. Was told I would get a phone call from manager and never did. I tried calling and they don’t answer the phone l. On the plus side - ice cream was excellent. 0 stars for customer service/business practices, 1 star for good ice cream

So we walked like to the end of Main Street, there it was. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Pay almos $4.00 for a small cup of ice cream, not the best! We will not stop at this location again.
Ice cream is always delicious, service is good, great to see they'll be expanding their store space
