Incredible food, incredible service and incredible pricing. I can't rave enough about the friendliness and quality here. Also neat to run into a Richmond born restaurateur in my home town while I run restaurants in his hometown. Trading Places new movie?
Amazing ambiance and equally amazing food and service! Everything was cooked to perfection! Hush puppies were crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, catfish was golden brown and crispy and moist and juicy on the inside! Shrimp was season to perfection as well!Great spot and a must visit if you’re a local and/or visiting! Another solid spot we will continue to frequent!!
Decided to grab a bite to eat before making errands at this joint. It is located under an old oak tree and you sit outside. So I suggest dressing accordingly. The service was quick and all of the entrees were made on site. If you are gluten intolerant, there is a nice choice of food to pick from. The fish gumbo was the best and it was very flavorful. My hubby enjoyed the blackened shrimp po boy sandwich with homemade potato salad. I loved the blackened shrimp po boy salad with a side of marinated tomatoes and cucs. Abdolutely delicious. This will be my weekly go to restaurant to have a super bayou meal. And, did I tell you? The beer is ice-cold. YUM.
Great Cajun food and hang out with a relaxed vibe. Dog-friendly - they had biscuits and provided water bowls. The food was tasty and they have many Cajun staples - Po' Boys, gumbo, red beans and rice, and more. I love that many of the fried options are breaded in corn meal and are gluten free. We will definitely be back!
Great food, great people, and an awesome vibe. Laid back chill!
Great place to sit outside and listen to some live music. And the food is fabulous!
Great fun little place. Great food!!!
Great and authentic New Oeleans style food and drinks in Dunedin Florida. Fun little spot.
Blackened shrimp po’boy was sensational. Bread was incredibly fresh, and the remoulade balanced the heat from the blackening seasoning perfectly. Gumbo took on an authentic andouille taste which was ideal for this cooler, rainy day. Truly warmed the spirit. Beans and rice is on point with a few added drops from an array of hot sauces. Service couldn’t have been any better- friendly and helpful- very welcoming. And the brass-heavy, bayou music transports you back to Frenchmen St. You can’t find a more genuine French Quarter experience- a must try.
You’re missing out if you’ve never experienced the happiness at Happy’s!Friendly staff, great live music, DELICIOUS food and cold brews! You’ll meet neighbors and those who are just passing through but everyone is happy when they leave!
