If I could give it less than one star, I would. The only positive I can say about this DD is the convenient location. Otherwise, the service is incredibly slow. The attitude of the drive through attendant was awful. At the window, it appears like it is every employees first day on the job. People jostling around but with no direction and getting little to nothing accomplished. Miserable that they have to work with each other.
Stopped in around 3:30-4 pm on a Saturday afternoon and there were approximately 6 donuts left to choose from and no muffins. I don't know what time they close but this place is always a hit or miss when it comes to selection and service. I guess they just don't bake after a certain time of the morning and hope to sell out in the afternoon? My advice is go early. Fortunately there's a 7-11 and a Winn-Dixie right there and they both have a great selection.
I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts to order a macchiato, a macchiato that I might add I order I almost every single Dunkin’ Donuts in various locations across Hillsborough and Pinellas County the same way and receive it the same way every single time. I ask the young woman to put whip cream on my ice macchiato which is absolutely doable by the Dunkin’ Donuts corporation because it happens and it’s done every single day, and she argued with me and told me that she cannot put whip cream on an iced macchiato. I am quite literally so tired of paying for services from people that can I get the service is correct. You’re the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the whole Pinellas or Hillsboro county region they told me ever that I cannot have whip cream on a macchiato. And I’ll top of that I’ve literally gotten this drink and other places like Texas and Philadelphia and gotten whip cream on it so please make sure that your staff as well aware that they can absolutely put whip cream on a macchiato
What is going wrong with this place??! I order coffee and a breakfast sandwich you get donuts instead?! You order coffee and a breakfast sandwich she hands me just coffee and none of my food. They look at you stupid when you ask for what you order! Not that hard!! I would never leave a post but I’m over it. Need to fix it ASAP and train your staff.
I asked no cheese on my sandwhich. The servers have an attitude. the only good thing is they work quick.
Staff is good and do what they can. Location is harsh, busy and set up completely wrong. Also a really awful parking lot. Not much can be done about either of these things but the staff is really nice and quick
This experience was our first….and last one at this location. Terrible attitude, horrible communication skills and inflated prices. Will NEVER return to this store. Sad
So upset with the way dunkin donuts helped me. Some young women was sooooo rude I left without my coffee . Ruined my day my morning I asked her to help me and she said man wait .. then I said but I was first... then she said mannnn whatever Then I Then I saidWow I am going to give her a bad reviewAnd she said I don't care get lost. I'm very. I'm very Upset and disappointed in how she treated meI would like some sort of disciplinary action to happen to her because that was very very uncalled for and very very out ofCorporate. Stuff like that doesn't happenI will see to it that something happens to her for that as far as disciplinary action because that was just very very very very very rude and I would feel bad if my mother or father or somebody I'm close to was treated the same way something should happen to her for that
Dunkin donuts at that place in tarpon is pretty quick sort of friendly depending on the day
It never fails to order a bagel at this location and it be burnt to hell hard as a rock. These people really look at the piece of coal they create on the toaster and STILL serve it to people thinking thats what they want to eat. This is now 3 times this has happened. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to bring it back to change it out as I was already home. Get better staff these punks don’t care. They don’t even try. My wife and I will not be returning to this location anymore.
