I don’t normally post reviews but I am making an exception for this DD store. Store is constantly understaffed. The staff they have walk outside on a cell phone as customers wait on line and cars are waiting around the building. Been going there once a week for several years and I consistently had to wait 25 min for a regular cup of coffee. No management and ownership should be blamed for this. I love DD but never going to this location again.
So I’ve been vegetarian since I was about 13/14 , I am almost 20 so it’s been many years. I don’t know if anyone’s aware of this but cross contamination of products can make vegetarians literally sick and not just from being grossed out. My body can not properly digest meat and will make me throw up. I went to eat my sandwich and before even opening the bag it REAKED of bacon. My partner could even smell it. There wasn’t bacon on it but there was clearly bacon grease all over it. I understand not everyone that orders stuff without meat is vegetarian so they didn’t know, and I was apologetic when explaining the situation to them, though I didn’t feel I received the same apologetic energy back. The woman wasn’t rude or anything but I didn’t really feel taken seriously. When they remade the sandwich it had black stuff all over the bottom of the egg. So I didn’t eat it. It could be from the grill but I don’t wanna take my chances and make myself sick. I wouldn’t be complaining if the second sandwich was remade nicely. It’s possible there is nothing wrong with the second one but whoever reads this can be the judge of that by looking at the picture I attach to this. Now I have 2 sandwiches that I can’t eat so it wasn’t a great start to my day.Next time I will just go to the Dunkin on McMullen & Enterprise, shout out to that location for always doing such a great job.
When I am in Pinellas county I will go out of my way to come to this location! The people were friendly the coffee was fresh, and they did not complain that I sat there for a bit to charge my phone! This is how I remember Dunkin' donuts to be, a place where you can sit and have conversations for a while not get your stuff eat and get out like some other locations on Gulf to Bay boulevard do.
No one was working in the front desk but the guy working the drive to stop what hes doing took his time got my order I got fresh coffee. I'm a happy camper
Everything was prepared precisely as I requested. Staff is friendly and food was delicious. Sometimes my bagel at a Dunkin will be hard like old bread, but not here. Hot coffee, but not too hot, which burns it.Excellent!
Can’t say enough about the great customer service at this location. I do a standard order for every Wednesday and my order is always ready and correct when I pick up. The help is alll friendly and polite and always have a smile no matter how busy they are. The drive thru gets crazy busy and you have to be careful not to get blocked in parking in front of the store!
Seriously you burnt my bagel and this is not extra cream cheese. This is not the first time they have screwed up my food, or things have been missing from my order either.
This dunkin is ridiculous. Many times I have went to wait in the drive thru and I wait forever. This last time today I waited Over 30 min. I got to the speaker and no one mentioned anything. Then I said hello and someone said they are really backed up and to come inside and I was like no their is a huge line behind me and I can't park. Then 5 minutes later someone takes my order and said sorry they are behind. And it's 1230 not even breakfast. And also they are always running out of items so I never get what I want.
It's close to home but the service is terrible I'd rather go elsewhere. The lines for drive though are long and if you park in front of the store you might get blocked in. Parking aside once you get in most of their attention is on the drive through so be ready to wait a while for your order to be taken. After that be sure your order if correct it doesn't matter what time of day it is they always find a way to screw up my drink orders. Me "iced matcha with light ice and blue berry, and a iced Mocha latte"Them. Light ice in the latte and put the espresso in the matcha... How do you eff up so bad guys get it together or don't either way I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Girl at the counter was very sweet & tried to be helpful. Coffee was good. Got a peppered bacon croissant, it was burnt & dried out, absolutely no flavorat all...waste of money
