Horrible service! Ordered online and informed store I'd be going through drive thru. When I got there employee immediately took credit card and then told me they had put the wrong toppings on my pizza, seemed annoyed I wouldn't take the wrong pie! Said my pizza would be out shortly. After waiting 10 minutes, I was told to move to the front so other drive thru customers could get by, and they'd bring my order out immediately. After another 15 minutes, employee brought out a pizza to another car. So I went in, gave my name and was given a pizza that obviously had been sitting on a shelf for awhile. NO APOLOGIES, NO EXPLANATION. Instead they deemed it necessary to punish me for not taking their scree up!
Update 04/05/22;When my pizza says it was made by Ryan, it is the best pizza because he prepares it perfect every time. I define this as more quantity of each topping and cooked to perfection. Ryan does this everytime the tracker says he makes my pizza. Thanks Ryan.Original review several years ago;The only pizza place that I know of near me that is consistent every time with quality and not stingy with the toppings compared to other pizza chains. Simply how pizza should be made by everyone every time to keep their customers happy. Gave up on all other pizza chains in this area due to inconsistency and barely any toppings.
This Dominos is seriously top notch. The service is always very fast, and pizzas are always delicious and hot! Keep doing what you’re doing guys!!
This was a horrible pizza delivery experience. We were almost afraid to even try it. I don’t know if it was the 15% tip and should’ve been more or if the driver just dropped it on the ground? When called to find out what happened the first employee just brushed it off and offered a credit for our next order. Normal that’s ok, but in this instance we wanted to make sure the driver didn’t do anything to our food.Bad, bad, BAD experience ?♂️
7 open parking spots all around this guy but he had to block a handicap spot ! I know that these spots are usually taken by people who are legally entitled to them . This is just disrespectful
