OK, it's DQ, you know what you're getting. Love a good Blizzard.Only reason it's a 4 today is that my blizzard was really short on the candy.However, the dine-in area was closed due to short staffing, I get it. Everyone is short staffed. The drive through was staffed by a nice lady that was working her tail off. I won't guess her age, but I assume this might be post retirement additional income for her.I say that, because it looked like it was only her and a line cook working the place on a busy Sunday afternoon. Kudos to her, but wow. People need to get off their ***** and get to work!
We took our grandson for dinner and then ice cream after he got his haircut. We were very disappointed that inside dining was closed due to not enough help. We had planned on eating our dinner there. DQ has good food. We eat there often.There was a long wait in the drive through. Very disappointed.
When I went in to order some food I got additude and witnessed this woman speaking down to the employees and treating them like they were useless little children. and come to find out she was the manger. I manage a store and never would I ever pit up with anyone im my location speaking like that to on another.so please upper manage ment take notice and act on it other wise you going to continue to be short staffed and loose employees. For a quick meal this is a great place especially for Seniors. Never had a bad meal and their milk shakes are the best
Awesome experience! The older gentleman at the drive thru was awesome! He greeted us with a smile....he joked with us and was very polite. I wished I had gotten his name so I could mention him, but he did mention he was "70 something."It was refreshing to be greeted with a smile for a change, I commend this gentleman for going above and beyond to make our drive thru experience fun!Thank you to this gentleman for smiling and just being a friendly person. To whoever hired this gentleman....thank you also, you have a very good employee working for you and representing Dairy Queen! Awesome!!!
My family and I ordered food this evening around 6 pm. We ordered off uber eats, & the kids were excited because it's one of their favorite places. It's also my son's birthday and he's been asking for all day.Then roughly 45 min later I get a message from uber eats saying my orders been canceled. It says out of the 9 items we ordered they can't make it because ONE of the hamburgers we ordered requested lettuce and they don't have it -. -Then I try to edit the order just to take the stupid lettuce off and get us our food. Guess what? They aren't accepting new orders and closed. The website doesn't say they are closed. Uber eats doesn't say their closed. As a chef myself I know exactly what happened. This is what happens when you have incompetent people running the place. Get a big order " nah, just tell them we're out of lettuce and kill all the orders, we're closing early tonight anyways"And that is how you kill a life time customers business.
It was just ok. They had no lids for the cup sundaes, I requested only mustard and pickles on my burger and they had about a 1/2 inch mustard on entire sandwich. Was very disappointed
Penny is the nicest lady on the planet. Please take care of this woman at all costs! She's incredibly nice and went out of her way to make my son's birthday extra special. We will be back to visit Miss Penny regularly. Thank you!! ☺️

Arrived at store tonight at 8:45 pm. We sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes with no response from speaker. We pulled up just to see that there was nobody working yet all the lights and sign were still on. If your store is gonna close early at least tell them to turn off the lights and sign so I don't waste my time sitting in the line.
