Ordered the elote, signature burrito, shrimp tacos, pineapple jarrito and crazy flamingo (wouldn't recommend the crazy flamingo and elote was a bit average). The burrito and tacos were fantastic though and you can never go wrong with Mexican soda. Restaurant was understaffed (one working cashier and serving, one cooking), and so service was a slow, but, it can't be helped.
I came here tonight with my friends and honestly had a shocking experience. I’d been wanting to come here for a while because of the reviews. The four of us came at dinner time on a Tuesday night and were the only table in there but it wasn’t late we came well before closing. The service was crazy bad. The lady was nice but she had no idea what she was doing. When she came to take our order she didn’t speak any English. Which is okay but it definitely made it hard to understand her. Luckily my boyfriend speaks fluent Spanish since he’s from South America, and he ordered for us but she still had no idea what he was saying either. It made ordering quite frustrating and halfway through us telling her our order she literally goes “one minute” and walks away to put together some to go orders. Then five minutes later comes back. It just didn’t make sense. The food didn’t take too long to come out but it wasn’t that great. My burrito was smaller than normal and slightly burned and the horchata tasted watered down. We tried to place a to go order with her but she told us she didn’t have time to take a to go order because she had too many Uber Eats orders. Then we went to pay and she had no idea how to split the check even though we had told her at the beginning we were separate. She ended up charging my friend for two of my drinks. She charged my other friend for our meals and she charged us for my other friends meal. She kept saying sorry but it literally made no sense. It was almost as if the server had never worked there a day in her life and wasn’t trained and was doing the best she could with knowing absolutely nothing. It was very frustrating. Luckily we were in the company of good friends so I didn’t let it get me upset and I honestly felt bad for this lady because she needed more help and was alone. I don’t think I will come back. Maybe if I’m in downtown Dunedin but I made a special trip here from tarpon springs I think I’ll stick to Taco Bar and Happy Cactus
Amazing! So fresh and yummy! Got a ground beef taco and burrito and was authentic, fresh, and flavorful. Delicious! I will be back to try everything else lol! Very friendly service too?
This is a great little family-owned restaurant in a strip mall. Waitress was the owner's daughter and very friendly. There were 4 f us and everyone really enjoyed the menu items. I had the Birria Tacos for the first time ever and they were fantastic! We will definitely be back!
Delicious authentic Mexican cuisine, so good you'll swear your in Mexico ??Birra tacos are to die for. Their burritos are so full of Mexican Deliciousness. I swear I can't think of one thing I haven't liked yet from this location. A must stop if your craving authentic Mexican food.
SO GOOD! First time eating here and we will be back for sure. I got the burrito bowl with blackened chicken. 10/10. So much flavor and so much better than your typical bowl from Chipotle. Husband got quesadillas and said they were the best he's ever had. Definitely try this place if you haven't yet.
First time going since I’ve seen reviews that it was good. My experience was okay. We ordered the chips and queso. Small amount of queso for what you’re paying. The steak burrito was good nothing wrong with it. By the birria tacos were so bland. Also when you took a bite, you would pull out meat with it, the meat was chewy. No crunch to the taco whatsoever. Save yourself the trip if you’re looking to try birria tacos. Service was nice though. And the horchata was good.
This is the best ? ? place near me. I will not order Taco Bell as long as this great restaurant is open. The steak tacos are amazing, and the Crazy Nachos with the Spanish sausage on it is amazing. The team here work effectively and efficiently together.
Deeeelicous! I ordered the chicken bowl, chicken was tender and full of flavor, all the ingredients were fresh and cooked perfectly. White queso was yummy on top. Husband had the Crazy burrito, was a big burrito but he loved it. Sangria was a little dry for our taste but we admittedly prefer sweet wine but it was still good. We have been looking for a local good Mexican place and this is one we will for sure come back to. Service was great and meals came out quickly. Price is good for the quality.
I think this place rocks! Big burrito. I'm talking huge man. Check it out for real. Won't be disappointed. Price is rocking and the food yeah go check it out for yourself and see. Damn good food.
