I went to this place and order 2 coffee and a RUDE lady told me that’s all you are going to order so I replied yes and she said we don’t have any coffee. Keep in mind she had all the machine loaded with coffee behind her and she was preparing coffee when I got there. Zero customer service, read all the negative reviews. I won’t be surprise if this place is out of business soon
Went to this establishment 9/7/2021. No customer service at all. Drinks / Juices are outdated & wrong juices where they have their type of juice…for example the juice bottle where they have the drink pear inside the bottle says guava drink! Crazy! Will not be going back here anytime soon!! Not many pastries to choose from either!

6 Year ago I discovered this magic place, and during 4 years I enjoyed all kind of delicacies as profiterole, "mil hojas", pizzas sandwiches, coffee, etc . Their owners Dino ( R.I.P) , and his wife a sweet heart with a toughness character where so special that I was trying to find any excuse to pass by and enjoy their conversations accompanied with their incredible products. So well, today I returned to the bakery and I am feeling so sad, due to the emptiness, don't take me wrong , the sweet pastries, the empanadas and the coffee were outstanding , but having no tables to take a seat and chat made this place loose his charm. I will like to return very soon and talk to her owner, in order to express my concerns and my deep desire to see again Via Veneto full of very happy customers, so please get your tables back, Doral neighbors will be more than happy.. We tried the profiterol. It was fresh, not to come back for, but ok. Service was ... no words. We felt as if they were doing us a favor by selling us their products. We kept being reminded that the store was closed, although it was open, door unlocked. I like to feel welcomed as a customer, so regardless of how good your product is, if you treat customers as if they are a burden, I prefer going somewhere else.
Very unprofessional. As a business owner you have to remain calm and try to find a solution. The owner was screaming at us. We asked for a cake which they did wrong. We tried to find a solution but blocked my number and didn’t return my money when I said I would return the cake because it wasn’t something I ordered. I wouldn’t order from them. I drove all the way from boca raton for them to do something not right we all make mistakes but we fix them.
The best profiterol cake; I order this cake every year for my birthday and it never disappoints. Thanks for keeping up with the quality. Delicious

What can I say that's a tortuga rum cake one of the best in the world. Only downside is they don't ship using UPS. Awesome.
My husband went to get me coffee this morning at this bakery, and they charged him $2.00 for this garbage they call espresso! They also gave him tremendous attitude. He's very nice so he bought it and left I would not have paid $2.00 for this tiny amount of espresso. Needless to say they will not have our business again.
