Wow I'm not a big reviews type of guy but today's experience at the doral location kinda deserves this few minutes. I visit this location 3 times a week . Today I was in a bit of a rush . I got there and I really thought I'd be in for a wait(there was only ONE person doing food and the drinks) . But the young man with the short hair and cuts in his eyebrows(sorry I missed your name buddy ?)took care of the line quickly and very efficiently, interactive, made us laugh and my smoothie and wrap tasted amazing . For a new employee he seems very knowledgeable about the products he's using . Explained to me what turbunato was, I always thought they used regular sugar but I asked about it and he actually took the time to give me an explanation. Mind you he was alone in the store but me and the few people in line all felt his passion. In fact 2 of us walked out at the same time and both commented about how nice he was. Keep up the good work bud. Glad they have you on the team. I'll be sure to ask for your name the next time I go !!
Arrived and immediately realized that I was in a happy place the staff happy and kind to one another, beautiful glowing young lady ask her if she could recommend or suggest something that would be good for me, and she recommended she was kind and quick.. Definitely a healthy environment both for the body and the mind will go again and again It's very hard these days to find places where people are enjoying what they're doing and treat the customers with the respect and professionalism that America is known for....A thumbs up!!!
I asked for them to fix my order because I forgot to take out the peanut butter when I am allergic and couldn’t just remake my smoothie. Horrible service
Kamille the manager was wonderful. Her customer service really touched my heart when I had an issue with a door dash delivery that never arrived to me. She completely comped my meal for the stress and it really meant a lot to me. The avocado smoothie and the chicken pesto sandwich were both exceptional!! Thank you tropical smoothie team.
Hey bro thanks for letting me stand inside your store for a while and wait for you to get off your personal phone call outside of the store and leave your store unattended with customers inside. Next time at least let me know you’ll take care of me when you’re done with your call. Yeah I’m petty

I appreciate this one employee who’s always in the morning and has a collared shirt on. He always helps me out, remembers my order, and makes sure I taste my smoothie before he even pours it into a cup. I appreciate him a lot. We need more employees like that.
Went in this week and had an amazing experience with the employees. One of them had a collard shirt the other guys name started with a Z I think. Great conversation and we’re quick at giving me my meal and smoothie. I stayed for an hour to eat my food and noticed how they handled tons of customers walking in. Nothing short of professional and on point. These guys deserve a raise!!!
I went to this place today at 3pm there was a guy there with no mask and coughing preparing food he looked disheveled and with a bad attitude I didn't even ordered I decided to leave because I couldn't trust he was healthy
DON’T order from this location, I ordered a wrap and smoothie…the chicken in the wrap was cold and the smoothie had something floating in it that I have never seen before, they also put too much ice that I couldn’t even drink it. This is not the first time this has happened in this location. I suggest trying a different location where the employees know what they’re doing.
