I hate being nickel-dimed at a restaurant. A dollar extra for this a dollar extra for that a dollar extra for water. It's absolutely absurd. The staff was blah the food was terrible and the price they charge is incredible. $150 and we left hungry. So many better choices in the area. Cannot recommend this whatsoever
This is the worst real naylon on every peace of the roll, what a shame when you pay a lot for something
Overpriced items which wouldn't be a problem if it was worth it. Presentation is everything, the rolls came in a container 4 times too big so everything slid around. The food itself is supermarket grade. No rock n roll here. Rice was dry which makes one believe it was hanging out a while. The tuna inside the roll was laced with fat. The dragon roll shrimp was measly so they bulked it up with that fake crab which I detest. Lots of rice little on actual ingredients. High priced. 4 small dishes $50.00. Soy sauce was measly, half a packet in a small container. Bad presentation is no presentation.Honestly I'm not from Doral so to me it was a one time thing (which will never be repeated) The place has a name which has since fallen down the tubes along with their menu.Where is Chef Ramsey when you need him? Stay away if you can, unless your idea of a dining experience is having the restaurant overbill for supermarket sushi you buy for $6.95 with the chopsticks thrown in.Would not recommend as if it wasn't painfully obvious.
Don’t order to go here if you’re on your lunch break. Took 30min for one order of volcano roll. They prioritize customers seating in even if they arrive 15min after you
Ordered through Uber eats. Once the order was placed it said 35 minutes. Well 95 minutes later finally the order was ready. The folks in front are clueless on how to manage orders. The worst is that I had been watching how the food containers were stacking in the counter but NO ONE was bagging them!! If this is the last place to have sushi in Miami I will go vegan before ever ordering from them again
Pretty decent sushi and fried rice.
Sushi and sangria ♥️The sushi was amazing and the sangria was great! We had a great time and I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness of the employees! Great place to stop in and enjoy some great food and drinks!
I used to love this place and we used to have sushi from here all the time. Eat in, pick up, delivery for lunch/dinner. They have been gradually going down for a while. It's a shame because they used to be our only go-to spot for sushi. The portions have gotten smaller at the same time as prices have gone higher. We've been through a pandemic I get it. But that's no excuse for the drop in quality or service. I ordered p/u the other day and it was flat-out horrible. The color and texture of the fish in my roll was clearly not fresh and the kimchee sauce on the roll tasted like vinegar. I had to throw it away without eating it because they poured the sauce all over it.(I couldn't eat it, even if i picked the fish out of it)The gyosa was stale and sticky and it came with no sauce. In conclusion it was a disaster. The time before that we ate in, and it wasn't any better. To top it all off, when I called to notify them of the problem with my order, I clearly stated that I wasn't seeking a refund or any type of credit in return. The "manager" went on to rudely question my honesty. I know sushi, I've probably been eating it since before the "manager" was born. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. They lost a customer that was very loyal for 9 years. There's plenty of places for sushi in Doral.
Definitely was a bad choice to have sushi in this place!!!! We got a bottle of sparkling sake ($18) and the manager literally shake it after opening the cap, the sake start getting out (of course), I told him it's not right and should give a discount after more than 1/4 was spilled on the table, but instead he tried really hard to push a bottle of beer. Well I mean I wasn't even drinking beer so...the server came to push the beer also...all the sushi rolls were tasty but falling apart ? almost no service either.the server came like 3-4 times at the table. No discount was applied, no tips were given...Definitely can't recommend the place, and I'll never go back either
I came to this place with my wife and son, it was our first time, we wait one hour for a simple order, we only had 2 rolls and a ramen sup, the sup arrived fast, we thought the rest would come out quick too, after 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, an hour passed and the food never came .. The waitress never stopped by to ask how we are, not even to tell us that the rolls were late. I had to ask another waitress if the food was ready, Tired of waiting, I asked for the bill, the manager came over to talk to us and told us that the food was ready but that they had packed it to take out, that it had been ready a long time ago I don't know if it was a mistake of the waitress or of those who are in charge of preparing thesushi, the answer ofmanager was they are ready if you want them or I'll bring you the bill, He didn't even know how to speak or apologize, he found the dumbest excuse, we paid what we had asked for, which was a beer, wine and soup, and he didn't even give us a discount, we wasted our time and we got a bad concept of that place to never come back, so people I don't guarantee it at all
