Amazing, huge selection, helpful staff.My friend and I visited here while in Miami. He's highly allergic to shell fish and they were extremely careful to make sure his items were "clean". Even with some of our order having shell fish.Also, even though not on the menu we ordered Meso soup and warm Saki.
The food was so good, my only complaints were about the way the order was packaged (multiple rolls were together - a roll with avocado was packed with a roll without avocado and the person that ordered it without the avocado did so because they were allergic), and since we ordered online we weren't made aware that we needed to have a copy of the card we used to order with us. It was a work order so the actual credit card we used to purchase the food online was in our office so we needed to go extra steps to actually get our order.I'd still order from them regardless of those two issues though, I'd just make sure to bring the card with me next time and call to clarify any allergies and what cannot be packaged with other items.
First time eating here and I wasn't disappointed. The portions are bigger than anywhere else that Ive eaten sushi. I was on a girl's night out with my Daughter and my Sister in Law who had never ate sushi before and is now a sushi enthusiast. For less than $50 we got 3 different styles of sushi.
Food is great, personnel is very friendly. Besides that, it is FREAKING COLD. If you keep your home's thermostat at 70° that's fine... But for a restaurant it's way too cold. Besides that, the employees are freezing too. Please fix this problem so we can dine in!
Food was okay, but the girl at the cashier with short hair down to her shoulders had the WORST attitude someone can have. Seemed as if she did not want to be there, rolling her eyes when we had questions regarding the menu, and was overall the reason we’re NEVER going back to this place.
A one star is an understatement again, I placed an order at 6:22 pm with Ella. After an hour Sofia called me to tell me they do not deliver to my address. However, I live in doral. I confirmed my address and she tells me I have to pay an extra delivery fee Because, they cannot find my address. To top it off Sofia tell me it will take a week to get my money back. The worst service ethic ever. Sofia was disrespectful to top this off. She thought I didn’t understand Spanish and she was calling me names. I have never experienced something like this. So unprofessional and disrespectful.
The sushi is overall really good here. It has a lot of variety which can be fun but make sure you look at the ingridients in what you're buying since it might end up tasting weird if you're not ready. Half off sushi on thursdays for dinner is a great deal, it's usually when I go.
This restaurant has really lost its ability to produce quality food. I've been ordering food from Sushi Runner since 2012. However, I think I just had the last sushi I'll ever order from them. This order and the last one have tasted absolutely horrible and fishy. The seafood is definitely not fresh anymore, and pretty much every item I ordered (which had seafood) tasted weird. It's very sad because they have also been consistently raising the prices on their menu items, but at this point, the sub-average quality of the food no longer justifies it's expensive price tag. I'll be ordering sushi elsewhere from now on, for sure.

Food was good and reasonable price. The chicken dish was crunchy and tasteful. The negative is that it took 40 mins for our foods to be ready while the restaurant wasn't busy at all.
